1. Lead the development of the vehicle's interior Space design with the mission of creating experiences for families that align seamlessly with our brand identity. 2. Help lead the design process and be involved in creating interior design solutions, from initial sketches to design models, and finally to manufacturing releases. 3. Collaborate with our 'Smart Space' and engineering teams to create exceptional and innovative forward thinking products. 4. Assume responsibility for establishing a design taste and working culture that harmonizes with our team in Beijing and Shanghai. 5. The function of this role is to help shape the future DNA of Li Auto products going forward. To help identify, define and develop future trends in automotive spaces and product sectors and instill them into our brands’ DNA. To be at the forefront of technology and innovation for the benefit of our users and help keep the company out in front as visionaries for products going forward.

• Develop and maintain simulation environments built on frameworks like MuJoCo, and Isaac Lab to support robotics research. • Implement and test control algorithms and XR teleoperation interfaces for simulated robots. • Build procedural generation pipelines for diverse environments, object layouts, and robot motions. • Optimize GPU-based physics simulator performance for large-scale training workloads. • Import, configure, and validate robot assets in USD format, ensuring successful sim2real transfer. • Implement Sim2Real pipelines and deploy learned models to physical robots.

• Collaborate with game teams to identify and solve problems in 3D graphics, rendering, runtime performance, and memory efficiency. • Iterate and improve upon existing legacy systems that are already widely used, ensuring minimal production disruption. • Support artists and designers in achieving the game’s visual targets while maintaining excellent runtime performance, especially on low-end hardware. • Communicate effectively with game teams and other stakeholders, building trust, providing clarity on deep technical topics, and minimizing surprises.

1、负责摄像头模组的评估选型，负责Camera新器件、新工艺的收集和研究，并建立资源库，输出研究分析报告，并成功导入产品项目中； 2、熟悉Cam模组电子，结构，光机等设计要点，负责Cam模组定制开发，量产交付； 3、负责与Camera主流马达厂家及其他创新厂家保持密切沟通，掌握Camera模组变焦和OIS的技术发展趋势，确保Camera模组能够获得最大的对焦和防抖性能； 4、负责与Camera Sensor厂家保持密切沟通，掌握Camera Sensor的技术发展趋势，确保发挥Sensor的最优性能满足VR系统的需求； 5、涉及部品的重大技术问题协助推动厂家技术支持； 6、部品通用化管理和兼容性设计。
