任职要求
1. 硕士及以上学历,电子科学与技术、微电子学 、集成电路,半导体物理器件等理工类相关专业; 2. 具有扎实的微电子理论知识和半导体物理知识,熟悉数字电路设计RTL到GDSII的流程; 3. 熟悉数字电路设计,熟悉Verilog语言,有SOC基本知识者优先; 4. 熟悉Linux操作系统,熟悉c-shell、tcl,python等脚本语言; 5. 正直诚信,有较强逻辑思维能力,善于思考和规划,工作上积极主动,有责任心和团队合作精神。
工作职责
1. 负责DFT的设计规划工作,比如Scan, MBIST, LBIST, BSD以及IP Test等。 2. 负责自动测试向量的生成,完成DFT仿真验证工作和debug相关的工作。 3. 负责DFT相关的SDC的集成和验证工作,支持完成时序收敛工作 4. 配合完成数字前端设计流程,比如RTL修改,Syn、FV、STA、功耗分析等; 5. 支持测试和产品团队,完成ATE test工作,良率分析,量产测试诊断相关工作。
