1.车辆工程、计算机相关专业硕士及以上学历 2.熟练掌握C/C++，熟悉Linux开发调试方法 3.熟悉感知动静态要素、高精地图数据格式、导航形式 4.掌握B样条、贝塞尔、二次规划等曲线平滑拟合算法 5.熟悉常用的规划算法，以及控制算法优先6.有自动驾驶算法量产项目经验优先
工作职责
1.根据感知静态要素、高精地图，构建道路模型，结合导航、感知动态障碍物等，为决策规划提供准确、安全的行驶环境；包括逻辑要素构建、道路拓扑、车道参考线、静态要素关联等 2.根据交通流、freespace、目标车辆等可用信息构建安全车道和行驶参考线，解决非结构化道路、非对称路口、施工区等场景的通行问题 3.针对量产平台进行算法工程化及调试，跟进日常路测问题
