1、根据公司战略规划和公司年度经营计划,协助制订公司未来2~3年的人力资源战略规划,包括人力需求规划、人力资源体系建设规划以及年度工作计划,跟踪、检查执行的效果。 2、协助公司人力资源招聘与配置工作,包括简历筛选、面试录取等,协助公司人员引进、培养、激励和保留,实现人力资源最优配置,保证核心人才成长和稳定; 3、协助员工的绩效考核、薪酬计发等,根据公司发展需要和现状,结合公司领导安排,更新薪酬绩效体系等; 4、主导和对接外部开展人力资源专业项目,构建HR的管理运作体系,负责人才梯队建设、人才盘点等; 5、参与构建跨组织的HR知识共享平台及知识库,系统化总结工作经验,通过各种形式如沙龙、讲座、研讨会等,促进知识共享; 6、参与针对性制定人才培养计划和年度员工培训计划,并跟进实施检查执行效果。 7、完成公司领导交待的其他事务。

1、制定和优化公司薪酬福利政策,确保其竞争力和符合行业标准; 2、持续关注市场,了解行业动态,赋能业务,助力多元治理; 3、与HRBP合作,对所负责业务的薪酬进行调查,设计,分析; 4、结合业务,内部战略外部市场竞对,进行年度激励的方案设计和组织运营; 5、负责集团市场洞见,入职Offer的Guideline的设计和调整; 6、协助HR负责人,处理薪酬方面的疑难案例。

Job Description: ● Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR projects, etc. ● Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and their teams to formulate and implement HR strategies that promote organizational and employee excellence across the region ● Design and implement talent acquisition solutions to meet Alibaba Cloud's explosive business growth, and establish recruitment plans and effective recruitment channels to ensure that all hiring needs are delivered efficiently and accurately. ● Manage the local onboarding processes and partner with the SSC/ Staffing team to ensure seamless integration for new and relocated employees ● Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managers ● Organize events and activities to drive a positive culture across the teams and departments. ● Undertake other ad hoc projects as required.
