工作职责
1. 负责Oxide LCD TFT器件/Oxide靶材相关的技术路线、优化方向的提出及其验证,完成新技术调研、工艺开发、靶材开发和量产导入等; 2. 负责项目开发过程中,TFT器件、靶材及工艺技术相关需求分解、风险评估和Issue解决,管理项目进度,保障技术顺利导入量产; 3. 负责技术项目/量产产品和客诉不良品TFT器件相关的不良分析,机理解释,并提供改善对策; 4. 独立分析新产品、新器件工艺和新Oxide靶材相关的已有学术研究和专利,并根据需求提出开发计划和方案; 5. 完成跨部门的合作事宜,执行上级交办的其它业务。
• Daily responsibilities will include commercial contract drafting and negotiation, provision of general legal and regulatory advice to internal stakeholders, and coordination and management of external counsels in a wide array of subject matters for Ant International’s overseas business. • Support the growth of the various merchant wallet/ virtual account products, solutions and services. • Keep up-to-date with relevant legal developments and advice management on potential road blocks or implications. • Support on other business lines as necessary.
We are seeking a highly analytical Market Researcher with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, and a deep understanding of the Japanese market. This role will be pivotal in generating actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across product, marketing, and business development functions. Your day-to-day activities vary; and you will deliver recommendations based on your knowledge and findings to a large array of internal specialists: publishing teams, game creation teams, product & brand marketing; etc. You will also be working closely with the team lead to keep track of projects and timelines The role will cater to our studios in Japan and to external studios looking to explore opportunities in Japan. Your everyday missions will include: Liaise with internal departments to gather their research needs and provide appropriate quantitative research solutions. Translate business needs into research plans and develop questionnaires that meet the objectives of the study. Conduct market analysis for any upcoming games, using data analytics tools. Manage a project from A to Z with the support of internal and external toolsets. Support top profile game by providing suggestions for optimization, iteration, and polishing on game’s relating businesses in the globe, and help to formulate publishing strategy. Analyze data from multiple sources, and provide recommendations tailored to different departments and levels. Write clear, inspiring and actionable insight stories for stakeholders using data support. Stay up to date with developments in the mobile and PC/console game industry and beyond with particular attention to trends, social media, consumer behavior, and data/analytics. Champion consumer research across the company and foster a culture of decision-making based on consumer needs. Work in an agile and international environment. This role is both client facing and expected to conduct research independently. Key Responsibilities: Research & Insights: Design and implement full-cycle quantitative and qualitative research projects focused on the Japanese market. Liaise with internal departments to gather their research needs and provide appropriate quantitative research solutions. Translate business needs into research plans and develop questionnaires that meet the objectives of the study. Conduct or oversee moderation of focus groups, IDIs, and usability tests in Japanese (or with local moderators). Analyse quantitative data and qualitative findings to extract trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Produce clear and compelling research reports and presentations in English (and Japanese if required). Project Management: Own and manage research project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from kick-off to delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders. Liaise with local vendors, agencies, and recruitment partners in Japan to ensure high-quality fieldwork. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure delivery excellence. Legal Compliance and Risk Management: 1. Conduct proactive legal and regulatory compliance analyses for OceanBase's overseas business activities in Southeast Asia, with a specific focus on supporting clients in high-growth sectors such as Internet and FinTech. 2. Pre-research and assess legal risk levels within local and regional jurisdictions, providing comprehensive risk judgments and actionable mitigation strategies tailored to specific projects and client engagements. Commercial Contract Management: Cloud Service & Software Sales: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements, including: 1. Cloud service contracts and all related ancillary agreements (e.g., Data Processing Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Pricing Addenda). 2. Various database software sales contracts. Other Business-Related Contracts: 1. Procurement contracts related to marketing activities and other operational needs. 2. Partner channel agreements, including referral and reseller contracts. 3. Legal review and preparation of legal documents required for overseas project tender submissions. Others: 1. Manage and oversee the contract approval process for the Southeast Asia region. 2. Provide daily legal advice and consultation on legal queries from regional business teams.
• Grow the portfolio of Key account partners in the market by introducing potential partners to Trip.com and facilitating their onboarding process. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners by providing data insights and implementing strategies to increase their market share and revenue opportunities. • Perform in-market research, provide insights and conduct performance review meetings with key stakeholders. • Develop a high level of engagement with assigned accounts, applying an array of communication methods. • Review partner productivity performance and implement actions, accordingly, ensuring your portfolio of accounts are consistently optimized. • Secure and coordinate merchandising activities for KA partners with special deals and seasonal promotions, supporting Trip.com marketing initiatives. • Represent Trip.com in the market by building the companies profile with key stakeholders and providing expertise in the industry on market insights and trends. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
