The Role As a Senior Product Manager of e-shop applications, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Tesla’s e-Shop applications, driving improvements in sales enablement, customer experience, system integration and backend infrastructure. As the key IT product owner, you will design and deliver advanced e-shop features that support sales growth, all while maintaining the speed and agility that defines Tesla. Responsibilities • Enhance existing features and design new functionalities to drive application capabilities that support sales growth and business expansion. • Work with US IT team to implement global rollout to China with local gap prioritized. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance the frontend interface and revamp the overall customer shopping experience. • Collaborate with the software engineering team to ensure end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within scope and on schedule. • Leverage AI capabilities to improve e-shop customer engagement and personalized experience • Develop internal tools that empower cross-functional teams’ (e.g., Order Ops, Finance) self-serve business operation and reduce reliance on engineering resources • Keep tracking and analyzing key performance metrics—including conversion rate, bounce rate, product return rate, and cart abandonment—and drive data-informed improvements

We seek a strategic Senior Manager, Product & Content Compliance to safeguard our platform against illegal products and harmful UGC while balancing business growth with evolving legal mandates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Compliance Strategy & Execution Lead the development and implementation of strategies to detect, review, and action prohibited/illegal product listings using smart automation and manual oversight. Create, update, and enforce Seller Policies and SOPs to align with local and EU regulations (e.g., consumer safety, restricted items) and platform standards. Design and optimize smart detection rules to flag high-risk products, ensuring scalability and accuracy. Manage an operations team responsible for manual reviews of product listings, appeals, and seller reports. Define permissible product categories, set requirements (e.g., certifications, documentation), and enforce restrictions. Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate new compliance requirements. 2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Compliance Develop and execute strategies to monitor and moderate prohibited UGC (reviews, images, videos) in compliance with laws and platform guidelines. Establish content policies and moderation workflows, balancing user expression with safety. Build smart detection systems to identify harmful content (e.g., hate speech, fraud) and reduce false positives. Oversee a team handling UGC reviews, user reports, and appeals, ensuring timely resolution. Partner with Product and Data teams to implement UGC compliance tools. 3. Cross-Functional Leadership Advise senior leadership on compliance risks, trends, and mitigation strategies. Drive process improvements through data analysis (using SQL), automation, and stakeholder feedback. Manage compliance-related projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals.
The Assortment, Content & Ads Governance Team (ACAG team) is part of the Lazada’s Risk and Security, and it is charged with the mission of developing a comprehensive strategy for Lazada with regards to assortment, so as to foster a healthy and safe e-commerce environment for our users. The role is responsible for developing and implementing proactive strategies and operational processes to protect users from Assortment and Content related risks (Prohibited and Controlled Goods, IP infringement products, hate speech etc). You will have access to analytical tools to develop and implement strategies and solutions using data driven methodologies to mitigate the risks associated with platform assortment and content. Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of the eCommerce customer and seller journey, including registration and onboarding, product listing, order placement, payment, user interactions, returns and refunds, user reports and feedback, etc. - Develop subject matter expertise on eCommerce platform operation and governance, where rules, strategies, and enforcements are effectively established to ensure users are compliant with platform policies. - Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance platform policies and operational mechanisms, fostering a collaborative environment to support ongoing strategy refinement. - Work with large data sets to analyze patterns, trends, and modus operandi of platform operation and governance issues (as well as merchants who perpetrate these issues). - Make data-driven recommendations on prioritization of controls for platform governance and product compliance. - Collaborate with PD, Tech, and Algo counterparts to build machine learning models and rules to detect assortment and user related operation and governance issues on the platform. - Operate the risk engine, including the creation and continuous evaluation of rules to prevent and detect platform operation and governance issues. - Capture and communicate findings with internal and external stakeholders through dashboards, periodic reports, and presentations.
