Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Compliance Strategy & Execution Lead the development and implementation of strategies to detect, review, and action prohibited/illegal product listings using smart automation and manual oversight. Create, update, and enforce Seller Policies and SOPs to align with local and EU regulations (e.g., consumer safety, restricted items) and platform standards. Design and optimize smart detection rules to flag high-risk products, ensuring scalability and accuracy. Manage an operations team responsible for manual reviews of product listings, appeals, and seller reports. Define permissible product categories, set requirements (e.g., certifications, documentation), and enforce restrictions. Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate new compliance requirements. 2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Compliance Develop and execute strategies to monitor and moderate prohibited UGC (reviews, images, videos) in compliance with laws and platform guidelines. Establish content policies and moderation workflows, balancing user expression with safety. Build smart detection systems to identify harmful content (e.g., hate speech, fraud) and reduce false positives. Oversee a team handling UGC reviews, user reports, and appeals, ensuring timely resolution. Partner with Product and Data teams to implement UGC compliance tools. 3. Cross-Functional Leadership Advise senior leadership on compliance risks, trends, and mitigation strategies. Drive process improvements through data analysis (using SQL), automation, and stakeholder feedback. Manage compliance-related projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Alibaba International Digital Commerce is looking for a Business Operations & Partnerships, Manager/ Senior Manager to drive the adoption and growth of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) product. As part of the Alibaba International Digital Commercial Digital Credit Team, you will be responsible for the continued business growth of BNPL and the main person in charge in the markets. This position is based in Hangzhou, China. • Manage the entire chain of business operations from product development plans, campaign management, marketing and partnership collaboration with internal stakeholders with cross function teams such as product, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, credit risk and customer service within Aliexpress. • Work with our partner(s) to drive the adoption and growth of BNPL in Mexico and Brazil with good understanding of the fintech/ lending scenes regionally or globally. • Contribute and influence the product roadmap together with our product development and technology team to improve overall user experience, develop product features and product operational tools to improve the overall product user conversions and experience. • A data expert with the ability to analyse and report key business metrics that will have a strong influence on business decisions. • Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behaviour metrics with the ability to analyse current user retention, traffic to create meaningful and impactful campaigns to educate and convert Aliexpress BNPL users. • Role also entails day to day operation managements from external alignment and communications with partners, promotion campaigns management, UAT, product roadmap planning, reporting and budget management.

LazInsure is a growing business unit that focuses on providing embedded insurance solutions within AIDC's e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a customer centric and motivated individual to help with operations and insights to drive the best user experience for Lazada buyers who avail of our insurance products Key Tasks & Responsibilities - Leads the identification and development of business opportunities by doing market opportunity sizing and development of business cases; - Own end to end process of operating and launching insurance products for Lazada in the Philippines - Deliver sales of products, programs, and services through e-commerce platform embedded sales and other channels as measured by net revenue - Setup Customer Segmentation, Strategy, and Retention including insights and business intelligence with support of internal Business intelligence team; - Lead in driving the expansion of products and services through partnerships and vendor selection - Regularly monitor market and benchmark against competition, track regulatory landscape changes, as well as overall InsurTech developments locally and globally - Oversees communication with internal units regarding updates or changes to the products and manages key stakeholders within Alibaba International Digital Commerce - Manage relationships with insurance partners, assisting with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensure that these are fully adhered to as needed - Drive win-win negotiations between Lazada and insurance partners· Contribute to category performance management and deliver insights to senior management - Prepare for and assist with the implementation of regular campaigns and initiatives - Identify and champion product improvements - Any other duties that may be assigned
