任职要求
1、相关领域行业算法经验者优先，包括用户增长算法、智能分发算法等； 2、计算机/自动化/统计/数学/物流相关专业，研究生学历及以上；2年以上机器学习、数据挖掘等相关领域经验； 3、熟练掌握基础数据结构与算法，熟练使用Python/Java中的一门或多门语言；能够使用SQL进行数据分析； 4、熟悉机器学习基本理论与方法，熟悉常见的统计机器学习算法及特征工程；了解概率论和统计基础；
工作职责
1、参与小红书电商用户增长智能体系建设，负责面向业务的数据挖掘及算法持续迭代； 2、参与小红书电商用户增长基础算法能力迭代，建设基础用户画像、分层、求购行为偏好等； 3、结合海量事实数据及先验特征挖掘，在新用户冷启动阶段，优化优惠券发放、流量分发等；
