任职要求
1、精通C/C++，熟悉Linux内核通讯机制、进程调度及驱动开发流程，具备ARM平台开发经验者优先；了解Android系统架构（如AudioFlinger、OpenMAX）或物联网操作系统原理者加分。 2、计算机、电子工程、通信、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历，2025届应届毕业生或1年内毕业的留学生。 3、学习能力强，能快速掌握高通/MTK等主流硬件平台开发工具及调试方法；具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，责任心强，适应高强度技术攻关。 4、有嵌入式系统开发、音视频算法集成、自动化测试框架实践经验者优先；熟悉总线协议（如I2S/PDM）、硬件电路或图形图像处理者更佳
工作职责
1、负责Linux内核层开发、调试与优化，包括内核、音频、显示、通信、电源功耗等外设驱动、支持Android系统底层功能实现，针对手机游戏、社交、音视频、通信等场景优化系统性能（如性能、延迟、功耗、稳定性)的体验 2、新功能设计与技术文档输出：参与硬件平台Bringup、系统架构设计及软硬件协同方案评估，输出开发文档及接口定义，支持上层应用开发。编写单元测试用例，开发自动化测试工具，确保代码质量和功能稳定性。 3、项目维护与跨团队协作：维护成熟模块代码，修复系统级缺陷，支持产品迭代升级；与硬件团队、供应链及系统软件团队协作，整合解决方案并推动技术落地
