任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、自动化等相关专业； 2、深刻理解深度学习、计算机视觉/模式识别的基本算法，有相关研究实践经验； 3、出色的工程能力，熟悉C++/Python，有良好的数据结构和算法基础； 4、有契合领域内的学术顶会发表论文（如CVPR、ICCV等）经历优先，有国际竞赛获奖经历优先； 5、有大型工程项目落地经验、优秀开源项目开发经历优先； 6、实习时长不低于4个月，一周可保证4天以上到岗。
工作职责
1、负责视觉感知算法的构建与研发，包括但不限于目标检测、语义分割、目标追踪等； 2、负责视觉感知算法在自动驾驶应用中的开发、迭代与维护； 3、深刻思考业务需求，不断设计创新算法解决方案。

1 、负责无人车地面静态要素感知算法研发，包含车道线、路沿等要素检测工作; 2、探索2D/3D检测，以及时序和多传感器融合算法； 3、负责核心算法或模型的原创设计以及工程化落地，如模型优化、模型部署等; 4、掌握通过数据闭环持续迭代模型的能力。
