工作职责
文远知行（WeRide.ai）现招聘L4级自动驾驶系统研发及全球商业化落地的首席技术产品经理（PMT）。 • 制定并推动无人车产品路线图，推进自动驾驶技术商业化。深入理解客户需求、商业目标、运营限制、法规要求及技术可行性，明确产品功能与工程开发的具体领域，为自动驾驶研发团队设定优先级。 • 通过运营数据、实车测试和仿真的分析，从而提炼确认研发优先级排序、持续改进及提升系统鲁棒性。 • 制定新ODD扩展和车队规模化策略，在用户体验、运营效率、可扩展性与功能开发周期及成本间实现平衡。 • 撰写系统级自动驾驶功能与行为的产品需求文档（PRDs），重点聚焦新ODD扩展、运营效率及可扩展性需求。 • 主导自动驾驶功能从设计到验证的全流程交付，与研发及系统团队紧密协作。 • 联合研发技术负责人制定开发优先级及季度执行计划。 • 支持产品验证、安全性论证及法规认证流程。 • 牵头内部评审及与客户、监管机构的外部沟通，清晰传达产品功能、能力边界、系统性能限制、短期至长期产品路线图及风险管理策略。 • 初期作为核心技术骨干，随业务增长组建PMT团队。
- Product Management: Own and execute large, complex studies end to end — including scoping with business leaders, designing methodologies, collecting and analyzing data, generating recommendations and presenting results to senior leaders. - Strategic research: Translate complex business problems into analytical requirements and hypotheses. 1. Lead the planning and execution of the e-commerce platform's search product to enhance the relevance of search results and improve user experience. 2. Analyze user search behavior and data to identify optimization opportunities and improve search algorithms accordingly. 3. Collaborate with technical teams to drive the development and optimization of the search engine, including the application of natural language processing and machine learning technologies. 4. Develop and manage the search product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of projects that meet quality standards. 5. Monitor key performance indicators of the search system, providing regular analysis reports and improvement suggestions. 6. Work closely with product, marketing, and user experience teams to ensure that search product functionalities align with the overall strategy.
