Infra介绍
基础架构团队为车端提供高可用、高性能和高可靠的车载系统,以及灵活的系统应用接口;离线工具链提供各类高效的开发集成平台和仿真平台,通过收集和分析自动驾驶过程中的海量数据,设计和执行大规模仿真任务,提供强大的工具帮助算法团队快速定位问题和解决问题。
基础架构团队负责设计和开发自研车载系统及中间件、开发高性能云计算系统、搭建大规模数据处理和分析平台、利用机器学习和模仿学习设计自动驾驶仿真算法、构建大规模仿真场景、以及研发支撑算法开发、测试、集成和部署的强大工具。

Individual Responsibility
1.实现,测试,部署与维护高效率的云计算平台,支撑无人驾驶大规模仿真和算法验证的核心业务;
2.理解并适配多样的分布式仿真需求,持续地提升系统拓展性;
3.发现并解决分布式系统中的性能瓶颈,通过创造性的方式提升系统效率;
4.实践敏捷开发,以支持快速迭代与需求开发;
5.理解用户需求,将用户需求转化为软件需求,并将之快速实现以加速无人驾驶技术迭代;
6.挖掘分布式仿真系统海量数据的巨大价值,提供丰富而高效的API接口;
7.团队协作,代码审查。

Job Requirement
1.3年以上微服务或云计算相关工作经验;
2.熟悉敏捷开发,积极的团队协作,较强的分析思维能力并乐于思考,富有激情;
3.精通至少一种开源分布式计算系统;
4.熟悉现代网站技术与框架;
5.熟悉容器技术 (docker, docker-compose, kubenetes, aws ecs) ;
6.熟悉云服务(aws, google cloud) ;
7.熟悉微服务架构;
8.熟悉CI/CD;
9.了解版本控制软件。

Preferred Qualifications
1.分布式,并行计算,流计算,微服务框架等Open Source Project Committer ;
2.熟悉大型数据集,数据处理,数据图形化;
3.熟悉面向内部用户的平台开发;
4.精通网络安全与系统安全。

Growth Strategy & Business Performance: In partnership with the GCR Activation team and the Activation GTM Leader, you will execute Cloud & AI Platforms (CAIP) solution plays to enhance ACR performance in partnership with Solution Play GTM teams. Responsible for new pipeline creation, addressing pipeline gaps by OU/segment, and implementing global strategies relevantly for your Area/Subsidiaries, including FY26 CAIP program performance.   Sales Activation: In partnership with the GCR Activation team and the Activation GTM Leader, lead end-to-end solution play field activation to win customers across the CAIP solution plays including X-CSA plays such as Agentic. Resolve blockers and influence strategic improvements through field feedback loops.
