WeRide has operated a self-driving f leet for more than 1,800 days. Reponsibilities - 1. Responsible for in-depth understanding of overseas customer needs with the business team, providing professional pre-sale consultation, assisting the sales team in formulating sales strategies and customer visit plans, participating in business negotiations with important customers, providing technical support for the sales team, and ensuring the smooth progress of the sales process. 2. Set to customer needs, produce high-quality pre-sale plans, product presentation documents and quotations to ensure the accuracy and professionalism of the plans and improve customer satisfaction. Help customers better understand the company's products and promote sales opportunities. 3. Assist the business team in overseas bidding activities, including demand research, bidding writing with internal and external resources of the organisation, contract writing, etc. 4. Collect overseas market dynamics, customer feedback and competitor information to provide data support for the company's product research and development and market strategy adjustment. 5. Organise internal and external resource maintenance product technical support documents, including product introduction, vehicle certification report, vehicle test report, maintenance manual, troubleshooting manual, parts catalogue, etc., to ensure the accuracy and integrity of technical support materials. 6. Responsible for the planning and construction of overseas after-sales service networks, including the screening, evaluation, signing and management of dealers and maintenance stations, to ensure the coverage and service quality of the after-sales service network. Requirements - 1. Bachelor's degree or above, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering and other related majors are preferred. 2. More than 4 years of relevant work experience in the automobile industry, including at least 3 years of pre/after-sale support for overseas automobile products, with rich project experience, understanding of automobile import and export regulations, certification standards, after-sales regulations and quality standards of major overseas automobile markets (such as Europe, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, etc.); 3. Familiar with the technical principles, performance characteristics and production processes of automobiles and autonomous driving products, able to accurately grasp customer needs and provide professional technical solutions; 4. Fluent in English, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in English to communicate with overseas customers and partners, and cross-cultural communication skills are preferred; 5. With good communication skills, teamwork spirit and customer service awareness, I can work closely with the sales team, R&D team, production team, etc. to jointly promote business development. Have strong learning ability and adaptability, be able to quickly understand and master new regulations, knowledge and product technology, and adapt to changes and challenges in overseas markets.

Project Management (1)Orchestrates and oversees a broad range of project metrics on large, complex projects with high visibility (e.g., Vice President-level) through others. Proactively ensures adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides strategic direction to drive success and adapts to high-impact changes throughout project lifecycle; (2)Proactively manages risks and issues within and across large, complex projects leveraging previous experience and subject matter expertise to make sure project completion on cost, on schedule and on scope. 3. Technical Delivery (1)Responsible for the delivery of the products/solutions related to the cloud native, Android/IOS mobile, blockchain, security etc. in ANT Digital Technology BU, including the building of delivery standards, specification, processes, and platform capabilities; (2)Drive project implementation from blueprint planning, requirement analysis, business and technical architecture design, system coding and testing, and deployment, control the delivery quality and plan from both business and technical perspective; (3)Accumulate best practices of product and solutions through project deliveries and contribute to the improvement of product core competitiveness; (4)Continuously build and optimize delivery technical systems and tools, and have a deep understanding and practice in achieving scalable delivery; (5)Understand and have insight into industry trends, focus on the integration of business and products/solutions during the delivery, achieve the implementation of the business scenarios, and ultimately to help customer to achieve business success.
