工作职责
- Responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of in-house video productions including sourcing talent and crew for the productions, planning locations, timelines, coordinating with in-house creative teams to build scripts and shot lists, creating shoot schedules and working closely with our our editing teams during post production. - Video productions will include product launch videos, showcase videos, seasonal sales campaign videos, tutorials, branding videos, event recap videos and more. - Align with internal media and product marketing teams in advance of each production to ensure key product selling points and shot requirements are met and included in production materials - Track and manage projects within the allocated budget - Internalize the entire Insta330 product line and all product features. Become an expert in Insta360 products. - Maintain constant communication with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of all projects. - Supervise any external contractors or agencies to ensure the video project quality is delivered up to company expectations. - Provide inspirational research for video projects such as new locations, talent and other creative ideas - Work with in-house creative team to brainstorm new video concepts and series - Track all project budgets, project output and manage data to help executive leadership team understand effectiveness and scalability of video production efforts. - Support other areas of marketing when needed such as attending offline events, demos for important media/partners and social media management. - Report directly to VP, Marketing & Business Development

1.负责阿里巴巴国际站(Alibaba.com)的品牌、创意及营销设计工作,涵盖品牌体系构建、品牌活动策划、营销推广设计、营销IP形象打造、社交媒体视觉呈现等项目。 2.主导输出行业领先且具备国际顶尖水准的设计方案,并对设计行业发展趋势保持深刻洞察。 3.拥有卓越的实战能力,通过经验传授、方法论沉淀及流程培训,确保设计作品的高质量交付。 4.具备全球设计供应商资源的整合与管理能力。 1. Responsible for brand, creative and marketing design of Alibaba.com, Including brand system, brand campaign, marketing promotion, marketing IP, social media and other design projects. 2. Responsible for producing the most industry-leading and international top level design solutions, and having profound insight into the development of design industry. 3. Excellent hands-on ability. Experience, methods, process training to ensure the quality of design works. 4. Able to integrate and manage global design suppliers.
Responsibilities: 1 Overall Responsibilities - Work together with various business teams to plan for and execute both corporate, consumer-facing and seller-targeted communication activations, to effectively deliver on the objectives above. - Develop strategic narratives and provide insights that appeal to media, thought leaders and consumers. This includes developing messaging for Lazada’s technology, products and initiatives. - Support on thought leadership and industry speaking opportunities for our executives - Develop and execute a media relationship building programme, including: (a) Maintaining and managing a database of international media based in Malaysia + local key media for Lazada announcements and outreach (b) Planning media engagements to cultivate individual media relationships (c) Working together with agencies & partners to manage and cultivate relationship with media KOLs - Work closely with the rest of Lazada’s centralized communications team across the region to deliver on regional communications activations and provide strategic insights from Malaysia's perspective. 2. Press Office Function & Content Creation - Handle media queries and interviews – including drafting of responses, follow up and coordination of interviews, drafting of briefing documents, work together with various business teams and the agency to handle media queries timely. - Support on content creation that includes Lazada’s news hub executives’ LinkedIn profile and other paid media engagements. This can be in various formats - print, online, podcasts, videos, etc. - Development of communications materials, including: press releases, story angles, pitch notes, bylines, FAQs, etc monthly according to business requirements - Identify, evaluate and support thought leadership opportunities (regional + in-market opps) in the form of speaker opportunities at industry conferences or long-form content creation 3 Issues Management - Provide issues management and crisis communications counsel to mitigate negative coverage or mentions of Lazada Malaysia - Support on issue & crisis monitoring & daily report to relevant teams - Includes media monitoring, crafting of holding/media statements and liaising with media (if necessary)
1.参与市场推广视频内容的整体视觉包装设计,辅助视效导演实现视频高质量的VFX制作; 2. 满足团队及合作部门设计需求,提供视觉风格化高品质效果的视效及技术解决方案,内容包括:赛季版本预告片、Promotion Video、节目栏目、MV、发布会视频、Logo Animation等; 3. 使用 AE 和 C4D 或其他 2D/3D 动画软件进行动画/视频/动态图形设计设计和制作动态运动图形,专注于视觉图形动画创意; 4. 与艺术总监、设计师、3D艺术家合作,创建符合指示和要求的高质量的动态图形内容(运动、照明、色彩校正、蒙版等) 5、追踪数字艺术的技术发展,应用于项目落地。
