任职要求
• 本科及以上学历,2年以上角色模型或角色相关美术岗位经验; • 至少半年以上Unreal Engine 5(UE5)角色模型及动作调试相关工作经验,熟悉角色资源在引擎中的导入、设置和优化流程; • 熟练掌握主流3D建模与雕刻软件(如Maya、3ds Max、ZBrush、Blender等),具备手绘与PBR流程实操经验; • 了解动作绑定、权重调整、蒙皮、动画剪辑等基础流程,有与动画师协同工作经验; • 有一定性能优化意识,能够根据需求优化模型、骨骼和贴图结构; • 具备良好沟通与协作能力,能够高效推进角色美术相关功能落地; • 关注行业动态,具备持续学习与自我驱动力。 加分项 • 有一年以上Unreal Engine 5(UE5)项目角色模型或动作经验者加分,有英雄联盟IP相关经验尤佳; • 参与过大型多人在线、MOBA、沙盒等高复杂度项目角色美术设计开发者优先; • 具备角色动画二次调整(包括简单动作编辑、动画蓝图等)能力; • 有相关插件、流程工具开发经验或引擎工具定制经验; • 英语口语流利,能阅读或编写英文技术文档。
工作职责
• 负责游戏角色的3D模型制作,包括高模、中低模、贴图及材质等全流程产出; • 参与角色骨骼与蒙皮设定、动作调整、权重分配等相关工作,配合动画实现流畅的角色表现; • 在Unreal Engine 5(UE5)中完成角色导入、调试,确保角色在引擎中的效果与表现符合品质要求; • 优化角色资源,确保在保证美术品质的前提下满足性能需求; • 协同策划、动画、美术、程序等多个岗位,推动角色相关功能和表现落地; • 持续关注美术制作流程、引擎工具及行业动态,积极总结分享产出经验。

Responsibilities: 3D model, sculpt, and texture appealing 3D characters as well as be responsible for rigging, look dev, and grooming. Lead a team of 3D artists to create 3D stylized characters. Work with a team of art directors and designers to ensure high-level designs are achieved. Work with the animation/rigging team to ensure proper implementation of technical specs. Work with pipeline and help give feedback on tools to ease the flow of asset creation.
• Ideate and create character concepts towards the creative vision • Communicate characters personalities and emotions through the character design • Discover and incorporate interesting trends and non-traditional reference • Craft detailed concept art for production artists • Continuously deliver high quality concept assets that fulfill the requirements of the project’s game and visual design • Collaborate with with artists on the team by providing and receiving creative/team feedback • Work closely with 3D Artists to ensure concepts are smoothly translated into the production stage • Continuously seek out and apply diverse references and visual inspirations to keep designs fresh and engaging • Understand League of Legends characters and recognize opportunities to enhance champion expression • Understand and clearly articulate the product’s unique visual style, while supporting and maintaining that style • Consistently embody and practice company values in both work and collaboration. • Support team leadership in operational tasks while maintaining high standards of work quality • Assist in developing the skills of team artists, ensuring consistency of artistic style across the team’s work • Contribute to setting and advancing team goals, helping the team achieve key objectives • Proactively solve problems, pursue creativity with passion, and lead by example • Mentor artists in their craft • Meet project deadlines in a timely manner without compromising artistic integrity
• Develop and nurture a clear artistic vision for our marketing creatives from character illustrations and 2D animations. • Be an integral part of the Marketing art team and work closely with internal teams and external partners. • Participate in evaluating, selecting, and managing our roster of external creative partners: External creative agencies, animation studios, and freelance artists. • Create sketches, concept art, and illustrations to visualize the project vision and provide draw-over and paint-over to guide our partners to be aligned. • Ensure that everything we produce is world-class in quality and authentic to our game worlds, and actively helps our IP last for decades.
• Collaborate closely with our concept artist with the development of skin concepts, from initial sketches to final turnarounds. • Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance to external concept artists to maintain and elevate the quality of the concepts. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the concepts are feasible and aligned with the game’s mechanics and story. • Manage concept art workflows to meet production timelines and milestones, be it with internal or external stakeholders. • Develop and maintain relationships with external artists and studios, ensuring a productive and positive working environment.
