Technical Strategy & Platform Vision • Define and own the long-term strategy for internal platform services including developer services (CI/CD, version control, build distribution), cloud infrastructure, analytics infrastructure and player support. • Ensure platform systems are scalable, reliable, and secure. • Identify and resolve pain points that limit productivity or system performance. Team Leadership & Culture • Lead and mentor a team of engineering managers and senior ICs. • Foster a strong engineering culture rooted in craftsmanship, ownership, and service mentality. • Attract and retain top talent while championing inclusion and psychological safety. Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement • Partner closely with game teams, data teams, security, and other internal stakeholders to understand their needs and co-create solutions. • Translate high-level business and operational needs into a clear, executable roadmap. • Ensure high quality and timely delivery of platform capabilities. Operational Excellence • Establish and track platform health metrics (availability, latency, support load). • Drive continuous improvement in performance, resilience, cost efficiency, and documentation. • Prepare the platform for scale, balancing short-term velocity with long-term maintainability.

- Responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of in-house video productions including sourcing talent and crew for the productions, planning locations, timelines, coordinating with in-house creative teams to build scripts and shot lists, creating shoot schedules and working closely with our our editing teams during post production. - Video productions will include product launch videos, showcase videos, seasonal sales campaign videos, tutorials, branding videos, event recap videos and more. - Align with internal media and product marketing teams in advance of each production to ensure key product selling points and shot requirements are met and included in production materials - Track and manage projects within the allocated budget - Internalize the entire Insta330 product line and all product features. Become an expert in Insta360 products. - Maintain constant communication with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of all projects. - Supervise any external contractors or agencies to ensure the video project quality is delivered up to company expectations. - Provide inspirational research for video projects such as new locations, talent and other creative ideas - Work with in-house creative team to brainstorm new video concepts and series - Track all project budgets, project output and manage data to help executive leadership team understand effectiveness and scalability of video production efforts. - Support other areas of marketing when needed such as attending offline events, demos for important media/partners and social media management. - Report directly to VP, Marketing & Business Development

As a Tech Business Developmer, you will be responsible for identifying, orchestrating, and delivering strategic pursuits with our most important partners. This is a high visibility role that requires the candidate to work with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership (Director/VP/SVP levels), to create stronger customer value propositions. The candidate will need to understand where our relative advantages or risks lie, when major features in existing roadmaps are set to launch, and current trends around innovation, consolidation and customer adoption. This could mean incubating technology deals or programs which are seminal in nature, need a centralized advocate, and have broader implications to Amazon, so the candidate must think strategically and support their recommendation with sound business judgement and insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying and delivering strategic partnerships, developing scalable mechanisms, and closing complex deals. This role requires top tier written and verbal communication with extensive experience in cross-functional collaboration across leadership levels to formulate comprehensive business strategies aligned with organizational goals. This is a highly technical role, and requires fundamental understanding of technology domains such as AI, system-on-chip, connectivity, device hardware/ software, Operating systems. This role requires international travel up to 30% of the time.
