1. 服务交付管理 (Service Delivery Management):善于利用各种资源组合,包括人机协同,优化站点资源; 建立规范化管理机制,为站点健康、平稳运营保驾护航.Optimize site resources through strategic resource combinations (including human-machine collaboration). Establish standardized management mechanisms to ensure healthy and stable site operations. 2. 运营风险监控 (Operational Risk Monitoring):全盘监控站点资源潜在运营风险; 建立风险监控、应急处置机制,并联动团队、平行部门等及时跟进解决.Implement comprehensive monitoring of potential operational risks across site resources. Develop risk surveillance and emergency response mechanisms with cross-departmental coordination. 3. 资源需求对接 (Resource Demand Coordination):包括但不限于新业务交付前期的需求沟通及确认; 业务投标材料支持、资源信息更新维护等.Manage pre-delivery requirements communication/confirmation for new services. Provide bidding material support and maintain dynamic resource information systems. 4. 管理优化 (Management Optimization):善用AI工具、资源管理策略对管理团队进行业务赋能, 优化业务交付效率并保障业务指标交付.Leverage AI tools and resource strategies to enhance team capabilities and optimize service delivery efficiency while ensuring business KPI achievement.
