工作职责
负责马来/越南市场带货达人拓展、分层管理与激活,完成从筛选、建联、寄样、物流跟进到履约、结果追踪的全流程,形成高效工作流,以GMV为导向提升达人对接效率;搭建达人CPS矩阵,推动多场景带货(短视频 + 直播 + 大促档期),提升产品销量和转化率;管理并维护达人资源库,定期更新达人信息,提升长期合作价值;结合爆品节奏规划达人带货排期,推动月度GMV增长;收集用户反馈、挖掘本地爆品趋势并反哺店铺运营/产品/直播团队。
SEA CPM红人运营 负责马来/越南市场头部达人资源拓展与深度关系维护,建立长期品牌合作池;规划区域年度达人种草与品牌声量提升策略(TikTok为主,IG、YouTube为辅);输出达人 campaign brief,跟进脚本沟通、拍摄方向与内容审核;负责 campaign 节奏管理与上线效果监控(曝光、互动、内容质量);深度协同其他团队,布局大促活动+重点新品种草节奏;分析竞品达人布局与内容玩法,提供优化建议与本地洞察。
1. 市场洞察与分析:开展东南亚市场消费者行为研究与竞品分析,提炼行业趋势及用户需求洞察,复盘用户反馈及社媒互动数据,支持社媒策略、产品营销。 2. 整合营销支持:协助线上线下营销活动(含社媒、电商平台、品牌线下活动等)的策划、执行及效果复盘。 3. 内容创作与社媒运营:参与品牌社媒官号(Facebook、Instagram、TikTok 等)及达人矩阵的内容策划(如短视频脚本、图文文案),结合东南亚热点优化内容方向,协助制作社媒传播物料(如海报、短视频素材),在设计团队支持下完成基础视觉调整,提升内容传播效率和品牌一致性。 4. 跨部门协作与项目跟进 对接设计、电商、GTM 等团队,推动营销素材与活动方案落地,确保信息同步与进度把控。
1. Space Planning and Management:- Assess and plan the optimal utilization of office space, office relocations and reconfigurations as needed. 2. Maintenance and Repairs:- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for equipment and facilities.- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to ensure a safe and functional working environment. 3. Health and Safety Compliance, Security Management- Ensure compliance with health, safety and Security regulations and standards. 4. Vendor Management:- Coordinate and supervise external service providers, contractors, and vendors. 5. Budgeting and Cost Control:- Develop and manage budgets for facility-related expenses.- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies. 6. Emergency Preparedness:- Coordinate emergency drills and training for staff. 7. Regulatory Compliance:- Stay informed about relevant local, state, and federal regulations affecting facilities.- Ensure compliance with building codes and other relevant standards. 8. Space Design and Renovation:- Plan and oversee office space design and renovation projects.- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
