工作职责
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for Warehouse staff agencies management, staff operating including attendance management, employee induction, training, management, evaluation and other related work. 2. Responsible for the optimization of the salary and welfare system of the Warehouse staff, assisting the operation leadership team to optimize and qualify the assessment scheme to ensure the optimal efficiency and cost in the warehouse and other facilities. 3. Responsible for the implementation of Cainiao culture in the warehouse, to create an efficient and simple front-line operation organization to support business. 4. To undertake other human resources administrative related work, such as the on-boarding and offboarding of employees, payroll administration, etc 5. Cooperating with HR TD/OC team, to lead warehouse projects such as employee satisfaction improvement, atmosphere enhancement, team buildings, training, etc 6. Responsible for providing admin and ad hoc support to ensure operation efficiency and experience satisfaction
1、根据业务需求,完成运营团队团队内外部人员补充计划和人才梯队建设工作; 2、通过开展多样的文化活动、不定期员工沟通提供员工归属感,打造有温度的业务团队; 3、对业务团队人员、成本、人效等数据开展分析诊断工作,帮助业务团队不断提升核心KPI数据; 4、跨区域了解各地区业务团队HR工作需求,并能协助业务leader有效地解决。
工作职责: 1、负责业务部门(跨境物流园区)人力保障工作,包含中基层管理岗位、一线普工招聘计划制定及实施,临时工资源管理,确保招聘进度满足业务需求; 2、负责区域员工的考勤、绩效的核算,每月薪酬数据的准时提报; 3、负责部门员工培训,并评估培训质量及培训效果; 4、负责员工关系,作好员工沟通,了解员工情况,掌握员工思想,及时提出对策或建议; 5、协助实施公司的企业文化建设,组织开展有关各项活动; 6、落实人力资源总部或上级下达的临时指派任务,协助公司逐渐完善一线人事基础管理制度。

外包劳工管理(Outsourcing Labor Vendor Management) 管理外包劳工供应商(包括新供应商开发、定期加成率审查与谈判、考勤管理、账单审核与支付等)。 Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.). 人才招聘与入职管理(Talent Acquisition & Onboarding) 监督小时工及正式员工的招聘流程,确保新员工招聘、入职和培训的及时性,以满足公司的人才需求。 Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner. 组织目标对齐(HR Strategy Alignment) 与仓库管理团队合作,确保人力资源战略和举措与组织目标保持一致。 Partner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. 绩效管理(Performance Management) 参与绩效目标制定、绩效评估,管理绩效改进计划,并奖励优秀员工。 Take part in objectives setting, performance discussions, managing performance improvement, and recognizing high performance. 工作场所平等与多元化(Workplace Equality & Diversity)
