1. preparation of computer workstations and new IT equipment (desktop, computers/notebooks/phones) 2. keeping a register of IT equipment and make sure it is returned, 3. searching for offers for IT equipment and services for the company's needs, 4. supervising and reviewing workstations in the warehouse, 5. troubleshooting hardware and software failures, 6. management of devices in order to provide employees with access to IT resources, 7. maintenance and inspections of equipment to avoid failures (according to the schedule), 8. creating documentation, user manuals, 9. cooperation with other departments.
1.Manage the installation of self-pickup lockers at customer sites. Monitor the entire process from inbound to installation acceptance. 2.Manage supplier contracts according to the sales contract, and update it in a timely manner to ensure the interests of Cainiao. 3.Participate in the formulation of installation quality standards, and monitor the installation suppliers to perform installation and delivery in accordance with standards. 4.Guide the installation suppliers to continuously improve service quality. 5.Coordinate internal and external resources to solve problems in the delivery process; continue to improve customer satisfaction. 6.Possibility to participate in the installation and delivery of other logistics technology projects in EU.
Job position: Operations Supervisor Job Responsibility: • Participate in the daily operations to ensure manpower resource, system and equipment functioning effectively and efficiently • Manage the operations on reported shift under day-to-day basis to ensure overall operation run smoothly, efficiently and conform to safety and security requirements • Perform regular warehouse patrol including but not limited to warehouse situation, cargo handling, aviation security screening, ULD build-up quality, truck performance and all relevant processes • Regularly review the operation procedure and manuals and assist in developing and conducting training programs for staff and contractors • Ensure all areas of operations on reported shift under day-to-day basis are conformed with the regulatory requirements and customers’ SOW/SLA with consistent and quality manner • Liaise with Customer & upstream warehouse on shipment status and reply enquiry • Report incidents or irregularities on any aspects to Duty Manager and assist in conducting the investigation • Lead and empower service provider’s staff to perform overall daily operations • Liaise with upstream Logistics Centre on cross border truck arrangement and Air Cargo Terminal & Airline for cargo and document delivery • To be conversant with the company's emergency and accident procedures, assist Duty Manager to take the lead during the activation of the plan • Ensures effective communications with internal and/or external co-workers and functional stakeholders in related to daily operational matters. • Conduct IT system and digital application operation (e.g. in house WMS, external system) and provide insights for system functionality enhancement to achieve higher operating efficiency • Maintain the discipline and workplace safety, security, tidiness, cleanliness
1. Set up EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety and Security) and LP(Loss Prevention) procedures and implement to compliance with local laws & requirements regards on EHSS and Loss Prevention for Cainiao business and operation in FR warehouses. 2. Set up and perform EHSS & LP audit system, and implement it to drive continuously improvement. 3. Lead emergency response and incident investigation, review and follow up for close. 4. Cooperate with the operation team to implement EHSS and LP requirements for new launched projects, peak seasons operations, etc.
