1. 负责区域SSC的基础人事实操、答疑等工作(含入职、离职、异动、合同、考勤、费用结算等); 2. 了解服务领域和所负责的业务模块,善于分析客户问题和痛点,挖掘客户需求,提出优化建议并推动落地,并赋能区域HRG及业务; 3. 负责海外考勤工作,含规则拉通、考勤/假期实操、运营及日常答疑等; 4. 参与区域的项目型工作(含与IT/行政等的协同拉通)。
1.薪酬流程执行 (1)独立处理新员工入职、离职、调岗对应薪酬变更。 (2)协助双周薪资计算,计算并核对工资单各薪资福利项目的数据准确性(如加班费、奖金、401K、FSA、个税社保扣除等)。 2.合规与税务支持 (1)了解美国401K、FSA、个税等基本政策,能够支持日常简单答疑。 (2)学习并执行薪酬政策合规性检查,支持团队应对审计需求。 3.HR与薪酬协同 (1)与HR团队协作处理员工考勤、福利计划(如401(k)、保险)的薪酬关联事务。 (2)解答员工关于薪资、扣除项的咨询,协助解决简单争议。 4.系统操作与优化 (1)操作薪酬软件(如ADP),维护薪酬数据库的准确性。 (2)参与流程优化项目(如自动化薪资计算、数据整合)。 1. Payroll Process Execution (1)Independently handle payroll changes for employee onboarding, offboarding, and reassignments (e.g., salary structure configuration, deduction setup). (2)Assist in biweekly payroll processing, calculating and verifying the accuracy of all payroll components (e.g., overtime, bonuses, 401(k), FSA, federal/state tax deductions, and social security contributions). 2. Compliance & Tax Support (1)Understand U.S. 401(k), FSA, and tax policies to provide support for basic employee inquiries (e.g., tax withholding adjustments, benefit allocations). (2)Learn and implement payroll compliance checks, supporting the team in audit preparedness and regulatory adherence. 3. HR & Payroll Collaboration (1)Collaborate with HR teams to manage payroll-related aspects of attendance records and benefit plans (e.g., 401(k) enrollment, insurance). (2)Resolve employee payroll inquiries (e.g., salary breakdowns, deduction details) and assist in resolving simple disputes. 4. System Operations & Optimization (1)Operate payroll software (e.g., ADP) and maintain the accuracy of payroll databases. (2)Participate in process optimization projects (e.g., automating payroll calculations, integrating data systems).
支持国际数字商业集团下国际物流板块下的账务核算及结算工作。包括: 1、 对接业务和BU财务,对新业务场景梳理商业关系、物流、资金流以及业务流程和场景,盘点业务风险并进行财务核算&结算执行方案及运营流程的设计。从财务合规、数据源质量、业财对接设计,效率提升等视角,对业务提出系统产品或方案的切实可行的建议,并推动各域产品链路中的业财数据打通以实现结算执行系统化、数据稽核展示线上化及账务核算系统化对接。 2、 通过梳理、监控集团内SSC/COS服务交付要求(SLA)&实际运营情况,保障已有核算方案的持续稳定运营及产出; 3、 保障结算&核算方案上线后的落地执行,以及不断优化日常运营方案,建立运营管理机制和定期反馈运营结果,推进运营问题解决; 4、 定期Review财务报表(BS、PL),并对其存在的问题进行闭环跟进管理,保障报表质量及可使用度; 5、 跨团队沟通协作(业务财务、总账、税务、财资、数据技术、系统开发团队等),解决跨业务领域的问题; 6、 定期向BU财务负责人及业务反馈核算、结算等流程优化、风险管理、效率和质量有关的建议并推动落地。
