任职要求
Education: at least Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: NA for P4 for P5: Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Experience working in logistics companies in Brazil Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement) and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English or Chinese. Attributes: Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt to cultural differences and work effectively in a global environment.
工作职责
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, improve quality, and enhance supply chain efficiency. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors across Brazil. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and regional regulations. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels. Cost Management & Budgeting: Monitor and control procurement budgets to ensure alignment with financial targets. Analyze spend data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to achieve savings. Collaborate with finance teams to forecast procurement needs and manage cash flow effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal client, eg. operation team, legal, finance team and etc., to understand business requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly. Risk Management & Compliance: Understand logistics business, trade laws, tariffs, and import/export regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the business. Ensure adherence to corporate governance and audit requirements.

This includes establishing standardized material procurement processes and creating more efficient online procurement procedures.
1. 负责巴西所有商户物料采购的信息收集，过程跟踪，和最终交付。确保所需的所有物料准确、及时、安全地交付。Responsible for collecting information, tracking the process, and final delivery of all merchant material procurement in Brazil. Ensure all required materials are delivered accurately, timely, and safely. 2. 及时发现物料采购过程中的风险点，并能和多个业务方沟通及时消除风险。Timely identify risk points in the material procurement process and communicate with multiple business parties to eliminate risks promptly. 3. 与BD团队和商户紧密沟通，基于客户的反馈不断优化整体的物料流程。Maintain close communication with the BD team and merchants, and continuously optimize the overall material process based on customer feedback.
1.协助巴西大客户销售团队完成销售目标，提供销售支持和运营支持。 2.跟进客户需求，协助连锁商户处理财务对账数据整理、问题客服工单统计、月度/季度报告等相关工作，及时解决客户问题和投诉，维护客户关系。 3.协助销售团队进行巴西市场调研和竞争分析，支持业务数据播报，为销售策略提供支持。 4.参与策划和执行业务激励和活动、资产管理、费用统计报销、办公用品采收等销售团队支持工作，辅助物料采购和库存管理。 5.营造良好的团队氛围和办公环境，组织团队内部各项团建活动。 What You'll Do: 1.Support the Brazil Key Account Sales Team in achieving sales targets by providing sales and operational assistance. 2.Follow up on client needs, assist chain merchants with financial reconciliation data organization, customer service ticket tracking, and monthly/quarterly reporting; promptly resolve client issues and complaints to maintain strong customer relationships. 3.Assist the sales team with market research and competitive analysis in Brazil; support business data reporting to inform sales strategies. 4.Participate in the planning and execution of sales incentives and events, asset management, expense tracking and reimbursement, office supply procurement; assist with material purchasing and inventory management. 5.Foster a positive team atmosphere and work environment by organizing internal team-building activities.

Assist the sales team with Brazilian market research and competitive analysis, support business data reporting, and provide insights to support sales strategies. 3. Participate in planning and executing business incentives/activities, asset management, expense tracking/reimbursement, procurement of office supplies, and other sales team support tasks; assist with material procurement and inventory management. 4. Foster a positive team atmosphere and conducive work environment; organize various internal team events.
