任职要求
1. 熟悉物料采购流程，以及和相关部门包括采购团队等的合作关系。Familiar with the material procurement process and the collaborative relationships with relevant departments including the procurement team. 2. 专注细节，有责任心，能及时发现过程中的问题并解决风险，确保物料的最终交付。Focus on details, be responsible, identify and resolve issues in the process in a timely manner, and ensure the final delivery of materials. 3. 具有销售支持经验的候选人将优先考虑； Candidates with sales support experience will be given priority; 4. 具有国际贸易经验的候选人将优先考虑。Candidates with international trade experience will be given priority. 5. 可用英语作为工作语言。Proficient in English as working languages. 具备以下条件优先 会中文或葡语者优先考虑 Chinese or Portuguese speakers will be given priority.
工作职责
1. 负责巴西所有商户物料采购的信息收集，过程跟踪，和最终交付。确保所需的所有物料准确、及时、安全地交付。Responsible for collecting information, tracking the process, and final delivery of all merchant material procurement in Brazil. Ensure all required materials are delivered accurately, timely, and safely. 2. 及时发现物料采购过程中的风险点，并能和多个业务方沟通及时消除风险。Timely identify risk points in the material procurement process and communicate with multiple business parties to eliminate risks promptly. 3. 与BD团队和商户紧密沟通，基于客户的反馈不断优化整体的物料流程。Maintain close communication with the BD team and merchants, and continuously optimize the overall material process based on customer feedback.
1. 负责巴西商户物料采购的规划和实施，确保所需的所有物料准确、及时、安全地交付； Responsible for the planning and implementation of material procurement for Brazilian merchants, ensuring all required materials are delivered accurately, timely, and safely; 2. 与业务紧密沟通，预判物料需求，建立全面的机制，包括应急方案，确保业务的顺利运营； Maintain close communication with business units, anticipate material requirements, establish comprehensive mechanisms including contingency plans to ensure smooth business operations; 3. 重点推进提升物料管理的交付效率的项目。包括建立标准化的物料采购流程，以及建立更加高效的线上采购流程。Focus on advancing projects to improve the delivery efficiency of material management. This includes establishing standardized material procurement processes and creating more efficient online procurement procedures.
1. 负责地区所有商家物料的采购规划、跟踪和交付，确保业务所需的所有物料准确、及时、安全地交付。 2. 与业务紧密合作，预测物料需求，建立有效的机制、应急计划，以确保业务顺利运营。 3. 建立标准化的物料采购流程，不断优化交付时间和采购成本，同时确保质量。
【平台运营与策略制定】 - 负责平台全域运营体系搭建，制定商家活动、内容分发、流量运营等策略，确保运营物料丰富度与推送时效性； - 设计商家分层运营机制，结合地区差异制定差异化落地方案，提升商家参与度与平台活跃度。 【商家经营工具运营】 - 主导商家经营工具（如数据看板、营销系统、培训平台）的全生命周期运营，优化工具渗透率与使用效率； - 通过AB测试、商家反馈闭环验证策略有效性，迭代运营规则并推动产品功能优化。 【业务协同与效果管理】 - 深度联动业务、产品、服务团队，确保运营策略与商家需求精准匹配，对工具使用率、商家满意度等结果负责； - 定期输出运营复盘报告，提炼方法论并推动跨地区标准化复制。
1. 负责建设门店交易全链路产品体系（接单、出餐、履约、售后），设计多地区适配的本地化解决方案，优化门店端操作效率与用户体验； 2. 搭建与硬件设备（如POS、平板、IoT设备）深度集成的产品能力，确保订单流转与履约流程自动化率提升； 3. 监控商家交易核心指标（接单-履约转化率、营业时长准确率、商责CPO），通过数据诊断与产品迭代降低退赔成本，保障商家经营合规性； 4. 联动其他团队打通“订单-产能-运力”协同机制，减少卡餐、超时订单等问题，提升平台整体履约体验。
