5.英语和葡萄牙语可作为工作语言,具备良好的沟通和文档写作能力。

5.Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages, with strong communication and documentation skills.

工作职责
1.协助巴西大客户销售团队完成销售目标,提供销售支持和运营支持。 2.跟进客户需求,协助连锁商户处理财务对账数据整理、问题客服工单统计、月度/季度报告等相关工作,及时解决客户问题和投诉,维护客户关系。 3.协助销售团队进行巴西市场调研和竞争分析,支持业务数据播报,为销售策略提供支持。 4.参与策划和执行业务激励和活动、资产管理、费用统计报销、办公用品采收等销售团队支持工作,辅助物料采购和库存管理。 5.营造良好的团队氛围和办公环境,组织团队内部各项团建活动。 What You'll Do: 1.Support the Brazil Key Account Sales Team in achieving sales targets by providing sales and operational assistance. 2.Follow up on client needs, assist chain merchants with financial reconciliation data organization, customer service ticket tracking, and monthly/quarterly reporting; promptly resolve client issues and complaints to maintain strong customer relationships. 3.Assist the sales team with market research and competitive analysis in Brazil; support business data reporting to inform sales strategies. 4.Participate in the planning and execution of sales incentives and events, asset management, expense tracking and reimbursement, office supply procurement; assist with material purchasing and inventory management. 5.Foster a positive team atmosphere and work environment by organizing internal team-building activities.
• Local Network & Business Connection Leverage existing networks to provide introductions to key local clients and stakeholders. Act as a local liaison to help trust-building and smooth communication with potential strategic partners. • Strategic Sales Support & Deal Advisory Participate in sales strategy discussions, especially for high-value or complex client engagements. Provide insights and guidance during business development processes to increase the likelihood of successful deal closure. Join key client negotiations when necessary, bringing in local perspective and helping accelerate agreement. • Team Enablement & Local Insight Sharing Provide regular updates, briefings, or workshops for internal teams and core management on local business culture, client expectations, and market nuances. Help attract talents, as well as coach sales and partnership team members on negotiation styles, local communication etiquette, and relationship-building best practices.
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our most Strategic Partner Accounts. You will be responsible for the development and growth of strategic accounts on Keeta. The candidate should be hands-on, detail oriented, have relentlessly high standards and operates as a business owner who understands key levers to achieve results. Responsibilities: 1. Relationship Management: Estabilish long-term relationships with out most strategic partners, including some top F&B Group and Brands in Middle East. Interact effectively with different key persons(KP) within the partner and have the ability to influence senior executives. 2. Business Growth: Contribute to business strategy development and identify key initiatives that drive growth and improve the end customer & merchants experience. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to allocate resources, thereby supporting growth objectives. 3. Key Project Implementation: Proactively initiate or undertake high-priority key projects such as new brand expansion/single brand marketing/promotional events, and achieve effective results. 4. 1. Responsible for the merchant development and operation of the brands under jurisdiction, and for the user promotion and scale improvement of the brands under jurisdiction. Implement the company's sales strategy and policy to achieve the performance target. 2. Responsible for promoting the in-depth cooperation between the chain brands under control and the platform in brand marketing, promotion activities, user operation and other fields to improve the brand image. 3. The institute covers the characteristics of brand industry, has an in-depth understanding of brand business operations, and helps brands to develop professional delivery solutions and implement them. Guide customer delivery operation iteration through business data analysis, and continuously promote the in-depth link between platform and brand. 4. Establish a good communication relationship with the distribution department, as the communication bridge between the brand and the platform distribution, and cooperate with the distribution side to continuously improve the brand delivery service experience.

Enhance employee competence and satisfaction through training and be accountable for training effectiveness, ensuring the achievement of team goals. 2.Establish and optimize the business training system to continuously enhance the team's professional capabilities and execution power. 3.Coordinate collaboration among various departments to ensure the smooth implementation and evaluation of training programs. 4.Research mature training systems in the industry and continuously optimize training content and methods to improve team competitiveness.
