1.本科及以上学历。
2.1年及以上业务支持、运营管理或项目管理经验。
3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能够与业务团队高效合作。
4.具备问题解决能力,执行力强、结果导向,有高度责任感。
5.英语和葡萄牙语可作为工作语言,具备良好的沟通和文档写作能力。
1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. 1+ years of experience in business support, operations management, or project management.
3. Strong communication skills and team spirit; ability to collaborate effectively with business teams.
4. Problem-solving abilities, strong execution skills with a results-driven approach, and a high sense of responsibility.
5. Proficiency in both English and Portuguese for workplace communication, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

工作职责
1.协助巴西SMB客户销售团队完成销售目标,提供销售支持和运营支持。 2.协助销售团队进行巴西市场调研和竞争分析,支持业务数据播报,为销售策略提供支持。 3.参与策划和执行业务激励和活动、资产管理、费用统计报销、办公用品采收等销售团队支持工作,辅助物料采购和库存管理。 4.营造良好的团队氛围和办公环境,组织团队内部各项团建活动。 1. Assist the Brazilian SMB customer sales team in achieving sales targets by providing sales support and operational support. 2. Assist the sales team with Brazilian market research and competitive analysis, support business data reporting, and provide insights to support sales strategies. 3. Participate in planning and executing business incentives/activities, asset management, expense tracking/reimbursement, procurement of office supplies, and other sales team support tasks; assist with material procurement and inventory management. 4. Foster a positive team atmosphere and conducive work environment; organize various internal team events.

Ensure all required materials are delivered accurately, timely, and safely. 2. 及时发现物料采购过程中的风险点,并能和多个业务方沟通及时消除风险。Timely identify risk points in the material procurement process and communicate with multiple business parties to eliminate risks promptly. 3. 与BD团队和商户紧密沟通,基于客户的反馈不断优化整体的物料流程。Maintain close communication with the BD team and merchants, and continuously optimize the overall material process based on customer feedback.
1. 负责巴西商户物料采购的规划和实施,确保所需的所有物料准确、及时、安全地交付; Responsible for the planning and implementation of material procurement for Brazilian merchants, ensuring all required materials are delivered accurately, timely, and safely; 2. 与业务紧密沟通,预判物料需求,建立全面的机制,包括应急方案,确保业务的顺利运营; Maintain close communication with business units, anticipate material requirements, establish comprehensive mechanisms including contingency plans to ensure smooth business operations; 3. 重点推进提升物料管理的交付效率的项目。包括建立标准化的物料采购流程,以及建立更加高效的线上采购流程。Focus on advancing projects to improve the delivery efficiency of material management. This includes establishing standardized material procurement processes and creating more efficient online procurement procedures.
1. Responsible for the daily operation of product tool systems, including financial reconciliation, API merchant onboarding, material management, and handling exceptions. 2. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting product operation data to provide data support for product optimization. 3. Participate in the formulation and execution of product operation strategies to drive the achievement of product operation goals. 4. Collaborate closely with the technical team to assist in resolving technical issues in product operations. 5. Participate in optimizing product user experience to enhance user satisfaction.
1. 负责外部API服务商接入平台,确保重要服务商接入效率和质量,并积极主动识别相关产品功能点的开发和迭代,保障API产品功满足业务发展目标需求; 2.管理API产品项目流程,建立销售、产品、技术团队等相关方的协作和沟通机制,精准把控各关键节点,推动项目实现业务预期并交付成果; 3. 开展产品功能培训和推广,制定全面的产品培训手册,协助团队掌握产品使用方法; 1.Responsible for the access of external API service providers, ensuring efficient and high-quality integration of key API providers, actively identifying the development and iteration of related product features, ensuring that the API product meets business development goals; 2.Manage the API product project workflow, establish collaboration and communication mechanisms among sales, product, tech teams, precisely control each key milestone, and drive the project to meet business expectations and deliver results; 3.Lead product feature training and promotion, develop a comprehensive product training guide, and support the team in mastering product usage.
