Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive LineHaul & DSP Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to oversee logistics procurement activities in Liège, Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing transportation services, including LineHaul and DSP (Delivery Service Partner), to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and select suitable LineHaul carriers and DSP partners in Belgium Develop and maintain relationships with logistics service providers to secure optimal terms and service levels Analyze transportation costs, market trends, and supplier performance to continuously optimize procurement strategies Manage RFQs, negotiate contracts, and enforce compliance with procurement policies Collaborate with internal teams to understand logistics needs and ensure seamless service delivery Monitor and report on KPIs related to logistics procurement performance Stay updated on logistics industry developments and market dynamics in Belgium

Act as the primary legal contact for EU business units, advising on all contract-related matters (B2B and B2C agreements), including distribution agreements, national sales agreements, procurement agreements, warranty agreements, and XPENG purchase terms and conditions. 2. Collaborate with internal legal specialists or external counsel on IP, GDPR, product compliance, and other legal issues related to contract drafting and review. 3. Provide regulatory and compliance advice on matters tied to contracts, such as competition law, consumer protection laws, GDPR, product safety standards, and after-sales service regulations in Europe. 4. Develop, implement, and continually improve compliance programs, including GDPR, product compliance, and after-sales service compliance, ensuring adherence to EU regulations. 5. Manage legal disputes, including those related to compliance violations or contractual breaches. 6. Conduct periodic legal training for business teams on contract law, compliance requirements, and best practices. 7. Oversee corporate governance matters and provide support on employment law issues as needed. 8. Administer external counsel relationships, including managing compliance-related legal services.
