Qualified lawyer with outstanding academic credentials. 2. 3-5 years of experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex commercial contracts; prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus. 3. Strong understanding of EU competition law, consumer protection laws, GDPR, product compliance regulations, and after-sales service requirements in Europe. 4. Confident self-starter with exceptional communication skills (oral and written). 5. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines. 6. Hands-on problem-solving mentality, comfortable advising on legal matters beyond core expertise. 7. Track record of initiative, proactive work, resourcefulness, and process improvement. 8. Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a fast-paced, international environment. 9. Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) or another major European language is preferred.
工作职责

Act as the primary legal contact for EU business units, advising on all contract-related matters (B2B and B2C agreements), including distribution agreements, national sales agreements, procurement agreements, warranty agreements, and XPENG purchase terms and conditions. 2. Collaborate with internal legal specialists or external counsel on IP, GDPR, product compliance, and other legal issues related to contract drafting and review. 3. Provide regulatory and compliance advice on matters tied to contracts, such as competition law, consumer protection laws, GDPR, product safety standards, and after-sales service regulations in Europe. 4. Develop, implement, and continually improve compliance programs, including GDPR, product compliance, and after-sales service compliance, ensuring adherence to EU regulations. 5. Manage legal disputes, including those related to compliance violations or contractual breaches. 6. Conduct periodic legal training for business teams on contract law, compliance requirements, and best practices. 7. Oversee corporate governance matters and provide support on employment law issues as needed. 8. Administer external counsel relationships, including managing compliance-related legal services.

Ant International Legal Department is seeking an experienced lawyer to support its digital banking business in Hong Kong. The role will be based in Shenzhen and will primarily support an innovative team that develops and manages a range of digital financial products in core banking, lending, wealth and insurance. The successful candidate must have outstanding technical legal and communication skills, an ability to anticipate the needs of an innovative, sophisticated and fast-paced business and the flexibility to simultaneously manage and deliver on a wide range of projects. Providing legal support to the digital banking team on a wide variety of local and cross-border legal and regulatory matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, conducting legal analysis on new product initiatives and generally advising on legal and regulatory issues arising from a digital banking business involving lending, wealth and insurance. 2. Working closely with compliance, AML & sanctions, privacy, IP and litigation teams to ensure legal and regulatory risks are properly managed. 3. Working closely with other internal stakeholders from other disciplines, including business development, product, finance, treasury, tax, risk, funds and operations. 4. Supporting the internal review and approval processes for new strategic initiatives. 5. Managing legal policies and procedures for the digital banking business. 6. Managing external legal counsel as needed in an effective and efficient manner. 7. Escalating issues, as appropriate, and partnering collaboratively with other team members to support Ant International.
Legal Compliance and Risk Management: 1. Conduct proactive legal and regulatory compliance analyses for OceanBase's overseas business activities in Southeast Asia, with a specific focus on supporting clients in high-growth sectors such as Internet and FinTech. 2. Pre-research and assess legal risk levels within local and regional jurisdictions, providing comprehensive risk judgments and actionable mitigation strategies tailored to specific projects and client engagements. Commercial Contract Management: Cloud Service & Software Sales: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements, including: 1. Cloud service contracts and all related ancillary agreements (e.g., Data Processing Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Pricing Addenda). 2. Various database software sales contracts. Other Business-Related Contracts: 1. Procurement contracts related to marketing activities and other operational needs. 2. Partner channel agreements, including referral and reseller contracts. 3. Legal review and preparation of legal documents required for overseas project tender submissions. Others: 1. Manage and oversee the contract approval process for the Southeast Asia region. 2. Provide daily legal advice and consultation on legal queries from regional business teams.
