工作职责
1、利用自然语言处理、对话AI技术，对海量的文本数据进行规律分析、知识提取和加工，并应用到在菜鸟智能沟通、智能客服、智能语音等业务场景； 2、负责意图识别、实体识别、情绪识别等自然语言理解算法的效果优化； 3、负责地址解析、结构化、纠错、补全、归一化等地址处理算法的迭代升级； 4、负责大规模语言模型的研发，以及面向场景的自然语言生成效果优化； 5、与其他团队密切合作，包括产品、业务、数据、工程，实现高质量的算法解决方案。
