任职要求
1、3年以上研发工作经验，本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具有LLM工程化相关研发经验； 2、扎实的后台研发能力，熟练掌握Golang/Java/Python任一编程语言，熟悉MySQL、ES等常用基础组件； 3、良好的设计能力、沟通能力，团队协作能力及项目掌控能力，有较强的责任心，追求极致； 4、对业务敏感，能快速理解业务背景，具备优秀的技术与业务结合能力，有较好的需求抽象能力和架构能力。 加分项： 1、有大模型应用落地能力优先，包括并不限于PE、Agent、RAG等； 2、有大模型训练、部署、推理加速、蒸馏等经验优先。
工作职责
1、负责字节跳动各业务在泛体验、泛安全、泛质量方向下的大模型工程化能力建设； 2、探索业界前沿的大模型工程研发（LLMOps）相关技术，支持LLM、MLLM、CodeLLM等落地于上述场景，打造高效工具链和应用系统，包括并限于Agent、RAG、任务调度、推理加速、评测、PE等，持续优化效果和性能，保障服务高可用性； 3、深度参与项目研发，与产品、算法、质量等同学保持密切配合，不断优化项目整体效益，提升产品体验。
