工作职责


1、负责HR人群项目相关工作,例如Spot Bonus,RTO,包括项目的设计与统筹、组织运营;负责Offsite相关行程、运营的标准化,并协助一部分大规模场次的落地运营;
2、负责ER的处理,中等偏下难度的独立完成,中等偏上难度支持HRBP或合作完成,过程中与公司ER、法务相关团队合作;
3、支持公司COE、HROP、合规、职业道德委员会等职能部门和团队合作的政策培训,包括培训运营支持、意见反馈与提升建议;负责HR人群标准化培训项目相关工作,例如新员工培训,包括内容开发与交付(视情况分为全球线上和非中地区线下;该部分职责非必选);
4、负责绩效管理中晋升评审相关的流程与组织运营工作,并不断优化流程;
5、负责HR员工离职管理的统筹,例如建立内部离职访谈标准、数据统计库,并进行洞察分析,协助部分团队进行离职访谈;
6、其他零散流程相关的支持,例如竞业协议的签署、合同到期续签、系统权限的梳理、保密协议的签署。
