任职要求
1、在机器学习、深度学习、因果推断等方面有较为丰富的研发经验，并能在各种业务场景中进行较为合理的算法应用和部署； 2、有个性化营销、智能补贴、push算法、智能投放等领域经验者优先； 3、具有较好的业务敏感度，具有创新精神和好奇心，具备较好的知识迁移能力； 4、对因果推断、强化学习、运筹优化等方向前沿技术有较多追踪者加分。
工作职责
1、负责饿了么骑手侧的邮资定价、补贴算法，基于机器学习、因果推断等前沿技术，构建基于数据和算法的成本策略算法体系； 2、结合算法、经济学等机制，探索使用uplift模型、强化学习、运筹优化等手段，构建智能化的补贴和活动策略，实现高效低成本的骑手增长和留存，不断优化ROI，优化履约质量。
