任职要求
1、3年以上JAVA开发经验，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架，了解JVM原理，有良好的编程习惯； 2、熟悉分布式系统设计，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题； 3、具备大模型应用开发经验，包括Prompt Engining、LangChain、RAG、MCP等方面； 4、良好的团队沟通协作能力，有责任感，能够快速熟悉业务领域和业务知识，擅于分析和解决复杂问题； 加分项： 1、有本地生活、电商、销售领域、商家经营领域等业务领域经验； 2、有平台设计的经验，具备深刻的业务理解能力，宽阔的技术视野和优秀的攻坚能力； 3、有AI平台建设经验或者学习能力较强，对大模型有热情。
工作职责
1、负责大模型应用平台的架构设计和开发落地工作，包括但不限于领域知识库建设、Prompt工程、Agent、工作流、MCP生态、业务评测等核心能力的建设； 2、负责多方业务需求的价值判断，将业务诉求抽象为可复用的平台能力，完成平台建设，助力大模型应用开发提效； 3、负责将大模型应用到实际业务场景，包括但不限于销售流程、商家经营、内容生成等业务领域和环节。
