任职要求
1.具备大模型应用开发经验，包括Prompt Engining、LangChain、RAG等方面； 2.具备2年以上的大型语言模型（如Bert、GPT等）的开发与应用经验，具备部署等工程化落地能力； 3. 3年及以上 Java 开发经验，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架，了解JVM原理；有良好的编程习惯； 4.良好的团队沟通协作能力，能够快速业务领域和业务知识，擅于分析和解决复杂问题； 5.了解深度学习、自然语言处理、机器学习等领域的核心概念和技术，有规模化模型推理加速经验的优先； 6.有大模型在销售领域、商家经营领域等应用经验优先；
工作职责
1.负责行业大模型应用的开发落地工作，包括但不限于大模型Prompt工程、LangChain应用开发等方面； 2.负责大模型业务应用平台的搭建工作，包括领域知识库建设、Prompt工程工具链搭建等方面； 3.负责将大模型应用到实际业务场景，包括但不限于销售流程、商家经营、内容生成等业务领域和环节。
