任职要求
1.本科及以上学历; 2.技术能力(有以下任意方向即可) ①渲染:了解现代实时渲染管线,可以使用HLSL编写shader并基于其实现美术效果; ②动画:了解Unreal或Unity引擎的动画系统,熟悉常用DCC软件; ③工具:有max、maya等DCC软件工具开发经验,对美术岗位工作习惯有一定了解; ④特效:了解Unreal或Unity引擎的特效系统和蓝图系统; ⑤性能优化:掌握Profiler、RenderDoc等工具,具备内存、DrawCall等各性能指标优化经验; ⑥PCG:熟悉pcg建筑,道路,石头/崖壁,河流及野外生态算法生成,具备一定pcg资产制作能力;熟悉软件 :…

工作职责
1.与美术和程序团队紧密合作,发挥想象力和技术力构建出完美的虚拟世界; 2.优化美术工作管线,制定美术资源规范、开发相关工具,提升美术内容生产效率; 3.协助美术、图形程序等岗位完成新技术、新效果的验证和落地,通过技术手段提升美术表现; 4.针对多平台(PC/主机/移动端)进行性能分析、测试,并给出标准和优化方案; 5.协同程序、美术团队解决开发中的各类技术难题。
