1. 负责微博平台奢侈品客户的商业化合作推进,重点覆盖LVMH旗下部分品牌及设计师品牌; 2. 维护并深化现有客户关系,挖掘品牌在内容营销、品牌传播及整合营销方面的合作机会; 3. 针对重点目标客户(如高级珠宝/腕表品牌),探索合作切入点,推动潜在客户转化; 4. 基于客户需求,协调内部资源(策略、运营、产品等),完成方案输出及项目落地; 5. 持续关注行业趋势及竞品平台动态,优化客户策略并提升平台商业价值认知; 6. 在具备能力和资源的情况下,拓展奢侈品及其他行业新客户,实现业务增量。

Capability to write BRD is a plus. - Sufficient maturity to manage prioritization and trade-offs among selling partner and customer experience, and operational support load.

About the Role We’re looking for an Account Manager to support Alibaba.com’s Mexico market. This role focuses on optimizing merchant performance, enhancing transaction conversion, and driving business growth through scalable operations, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Merchant Growth & Conversion: Design and optimize service delivery systems that enhance product operations, lead generation, and transaction conversion for new merchants on Alibaba.com, continuously improving customer success and overall transaction volume. KA Merchant Retention: Plan and execute local merchant training programs and events to drive scalable engagement and achieve key growth metrics for key accounts (KAs). Operational Enablement: Leverage data insights, customer case studies, and resource integration to support frontline sales and service teams, improving their capability to serve local merchants effectively. Product Feedback & Optimization: Identify pain points and opportunities in the merchant journey on Alibaba.com and provide actionable feedback for product improvement.
1. Sales Target Management: Break down the SA and KA team's(Strategic Accounts and Key Accounts)business objectives and identify key sales indicators that impact the team's ability to achieve these targets. Establish a target management system and utilize efficient data tools and organizational methods to manage the SA and KA team’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. 2. Sales strategy development: Develop a sales strategy by identifying growth opportunities through analysis and prospecting, and create a clear execution path. 3. Project Management: By utilizing project management, ensure the successful implementation of key business goals and strategies. Analyze and assess the feasibility and risks associated with the SA and KA team's objectives. Mobilize resources from the strategy, product, and operations teams to effectively support the SA and KA team in achieving its business goals. 4. Efficiency Optimization: Understand the whole BD process and operation pain points of the SA and KA team, promote the production and research team to build sales tools, establish a standardized operation process, and improve the team's efficiency.
