任职要求
1、一年以上相关工作经验，计算机或数学相关专业； 2、熟练掌握c++，具备扎实的编程基础和代码能力 3、熟悉推荐系统架构，包括样本、模型训练、模型存储、在线推理等环节 4、了解机器学习算法，如矩阵分解、图神经网络等，优化推荐模型的性能和准确性 5、理解业务需求，能够快速响应并实现业务中的推荐功能 6、熟悉大型分布式系统架构设计，有良好的系统设计和实现能力 7、有推荐系统开发经验优先
工作职责
1、支持微博首页推荐及其他场景的推荐系统相关算法研发； 2、基于海量微博内容数据、行为数据，进行大规模机器学习算法的研究，持续提升微博推荐核心业务指标； 3、对信息流推荐系统有浓厚兴趣，期望通过技术提高用户的信息获取能力和信息消费体验。
