1. 3年以上业务拓展、B类市场营销、B类用户运营、以及管理经验,有中东当地工作背景。
2. 具备协商谈判能力,了解中东市场用增类型、玩法趋势、媒体渠道与电商环境等,擅长通过合作拿结果,具有极强的目标感,具备资源拓展及整合能力。
3. 良好的项目管理能力,能够同时处理多个任务,确保目标达成,具备市场洞察力,能够适应快速变化的市场环境,为业务增长提供创新解决方案。
4. 普通话、英语皆能于商业环境流利沟通,会阿拉伯语是加分项。
5. 可接受频繁中东出差。

1. Over 3 years of experience in business development, B2B marketing, B2B user operations, and management, with a background of working locally in the Middle East.  
2. Strong negotiation skills, with an understanding of user growth strategies, trending approaches, media channels, and e-commerce landscapes in the Middle Eastern market. Adept at achieving results through collaboration, highly goal-oriented, and capable of resource expansion and integration.  
3. Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure goal attainment. Possesses market insight and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing market environments, providing innovative solutions for business growth.  
4. Fluent in both Mandarin and English for business communication; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.  
5. Willing to accept frequent business trips to the Middle East.

工作职责

3. 从商家、商品、行业等多维度挖掘潜在机会,通过商业化的机制共建、产品化共建、数据建设,运用不同的运营手段探索更多机会实现业务增长。
4. 关注行业趋势,定期输出相关调研报告,持续探索新的营销增长玩法并尝试落地。

1. Conduct in-depth analysis of new opportunities in the Middle Eastern market, focusing on import and export regulations and key industries. Provide valuable strategies tailored to the Middle Eastern market through analysis of target industries, market competition structures, and potential partners.  
2. Align with business objectives and target B2B user positioning in the Middle Eastern market to ensure effective ME market business implementation, including business negotiations, collaboration model discussions, and project execution. Take responsibility for GMV growth and B2B user acquisition.  
3. Identify potential opportunities from multiple dimensions such as merchants, products, and industries. Explore avenues for business growth through collaborative mechanisms, product development, and data infrastructure, utilizing various operational strategies to uncover new opportunities.  
4. Monitor industry trends, regularly produce relevant research reports, and continuously explore new marketing growth tactics for experimentation and implementation.
