1. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing business data to provide data-driven support and insights for company decision-making. 2. Build and maintain data reporting systems, generating regular business reports to assist departments in understanding business performance. 3. Employ BI tools for data mining and modeling, identifying business issues and proposing improvement recommendations. 4. Collaborate closely with business teams to understand requirements, tailor data solutions, and enhance operational efficiency. 5. Monitor data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and promptly address data issues.
The Measurement Strategist joins the team responsible for evaluating, sourcing, refining and communicating outstanding insights to help our advertising customers get the most value out of their investment in Apple Ads. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Support Partner Development team from both business and technical lens to drive revenue growth. - Investigation in client challenges, identify and conduct analysis to respond and solve sophisticated customer problems. - Work with large data sets, breaking it down into easily understandable stories, and communicate these narratives to clients and internal partners. - Partner with Data Insights team to identify the right metrics, measure and supervise the impact of client interactions and revenue outcome; give ideas and provide feedback for new insights' development. - Liaise with Privacy and Legal teams to ensure that proposed data sets honor Apple Ads’ privacy principles. - Collaborate with Product team to integrate successful pilots into customer facing reporting tools.

We’re looking for exceptional people with great auditing skills, problem solving skills, payroll process combined with payroll system knowledge, and customer service passion. Amazon seeks a Payroll Analyst with around 5 years payroll operation experience in a large customer-oriented corporate environment. The Payroll Analyst will take care of complete South Korea payroll operations. It includes end to end payroll processes and the relevant project supports. Responsibilities also include: • Own payroll end to end process • Process payroll with payroll vendor • Audit payroll related data • View and manage human resource data in Peoplesoft • Review and process benefits program in monthly payroll • Review and process Mytime input records for employees • Process new hires, terminations, employee maintenance, setup benefit deductions • Process manual check calculations, work with the vendor to process stop payments/reversals and backup other payroll analysts as needed • Produce timely responses to employee inquiries • Record stock transactions, relocation transactions and processing of annual tax filing activities • Lead payroll project discussions and manage the project progress
