1、Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies for Lazada's regional operations and Singapore market, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and market trends. 2、Manage media relations, cultivating strong relationships with key journalists, influencers, and industry partners to secure positive media coverage and brand visibility. 3、Organize and coordinate press events, product launches, and media briefings, both regionally and in Singapore, to generate buzz and maintain brand presence. 4、Craft compelling press releases, media statements, and other communication materials, adapting content for diverse regional and country audiences. 5、Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing regular reports on communications performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. 6、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and commercial teams, to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. 7、Manage crisis communication and issues management, promptly addressing any negative publicity and mitigating potential damage to the brand's reputation.

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute annual marketing and brand communication plans based on iQIYI’s international strategy and local market trends. - Define marketing objectives (user acquisition, retention, brand awareness, IP buzz) to meet business goals. 2. Content Marketing & Promotion - Oversee marketing campaigns for local original and co-produced drama series, including scheduling, pre-launch, launch, and - long-tail promotion. - Plan high-impact events such as red carpets, press conferences, fan meetings, and IP activation campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement. - Collaborate across teams to enhance the commercial and promotional value of content. 3. Brand & Public Relations Management - Establish brand positioning and communication strategy to build iQIYI’s presence and reputation in Thailand. - Maintain relationships with key media, KOLs, government stakeholders, and industry associations. - Manage crisis communications and public sentiment to safeguard brand image. 4. Digital Marketing & Growth - Lead digital marketing strategy across SNS, KOL, SEM/SEO, and integrated offline campaigns. - Drive local engagement through platforms like TikTok, Twitter, Line, Instagram, and YouTube. 5. Leverage data analytics to optimize acquisition and retention models for growth efficiency. - Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration - Work closely with content, operations, commercial, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. - Manage local agencies (advertising, PR) to deliver high-quality campaigns. - Build partnerships with brands, OTT platforms, telcos, and e-commerce players for joint marketing opportunities. 6. Team Leadership & Development - Lead the local marketing team (marketing, PR, social media, design), setting clear KPIs and career development paths. - Mentor team members to enhance professional expertise and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Study the latest knock-down factory investment policies of designated global markets. 2. communicate and cooperate with local governments to lead the knock-down factory establishment processs. Product Access: 1. Lead to bulid the database of state-of-art global regulations, policies and taxes. 2. Forecast the trends of vehicle related regulations and policies, support R&D department establish product compliant solution of next generation products. After-sales: 1. Lead the communications and public relationship works about market surveillance of our products (vehicle, components) and services (AI, automated driving, data services, etc.) with local government.
Enterprise Access: 1. Study the latest EU knock-down factory investment policiesof designated global markets. 2. communicate and cooperate with EU governments to lead the knock-down factory establishment processs. Product Access: 1. Support building the database of state-of-art EU Automotive regulations, policies and taxes. 2. Forcast the trends of EU vehicle related regulations and policies, support R&D department establish product compliant solution of next generation products. 3. Communicate with EU Technical Services and related test labs to plan and coordinate local homologation and test activities. After-sales: 1.
