1.计算机、数学、自动化、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上学历 2.具备扎实的数据结构、编码能力，至少精通一种编程语言（C++、JAVA、Python） 3.熟悉常用的机器学习算法，熟悉Pytorch、Tensorflow等至少一种深度学习框架 4.有良好的沟通能力和跨团队协作能力，具备出色的执行力，强烈的责任感，以及优秀的学习能力 5.有数据挖掘、信息检索、机器学习、自然语言处理、搜推系统等相关领域研究和实践经验，在以上领域的国际会议或者期刊上发表过论文者优先 6.参加过ACM/数据挖掘&机器学习类竞赛(比如天池大奖赛、Kaggle等)并取得好名次者优先
工作职责
负责天猫淘宝海外搜索推荐场景的算法设计和优化，包括并不限于： 1. 负责研发面向消费者端的搜索&推荐算法系统，提升海外用户购物体验以及平台效率 2. 负责超大规模深度学习在用户/商品表征学习、向量化召回、点击/成交转化模型预估等的应用和创新 3. 负责跟进业界先进技术（LLM大模型等）、赋能业务效果提升
