Sales Manager는 B2B 세일즈, 무역, 이커머스에 대한 전문성을 바탕으로 수출 유망 기업을 발굴하고, 자사 플랫폼을 통해 고객의 글로벌 진출을 지원하는 역할을 수행합니다.


주요 역할
● 잠재 고객 발굴 (Lead Prospecting): 콜드콜, 세미나, 전시회, 파트너십 등 다양한 아웃바운드 활동을 통해 신규 B2B 리드를 발굴합니다
● 맞춤형 솔루션 제안 (Sales Proposal): 고객의 니즈와 글로벌 시장 분석을 기반으로 Alibaba.com 솔루션(연간 멤버십, 디지털 광고, 운영 지원 서비스 등)을 제안하고 플랫폼 입점 계약을 체결합니다
● 수출 컨설팅 (Export Consulting): 온보딩 교육, 운영 진단, 바이어 발굴 전략 제시를 통해 담당 고객의 온라인 수출 프로세스를 가이드합니다
● 고객 관리 (Account Management): 고객 라이프사이클 전반에 걸쳐 리텐션/업셀링 활동을 수행하며 장기적인 파트너십을 구축합니다
