1、主要负责渠道成本及支付体验SR目标,包括数据分析、成本对账、策略制定及推进落地执行等 2、负责渠道接入项目从商务、BRD到项目落地全流程管理。 3、负责渠道优化项目从用户声音分析、调研分析、BRD到项目落地全流程管理,聚焦到重点渠道链路优化。 4、渠道费用对账及付款流程。 5、大促支付保障及日常支付问题应急响应及处理。 1、Mainly responsible for the payment SR and channel cost objectives, including data analysis, cost reconciliation, strategy formulation, and promoting implementation. 2、Responsible for the full process management of channel integration projects from business affairs, BRD to project implementation. 3、Responsible for the full process management of channel optimization projects from user feedback analysis, survey analysis, BRD to project implementation, focusing on optimizing key channel paths. 4、Channel cost reconciliation and payment process. 5、Major promotion payment guarantee and daily payment problem emergency response and handling.
The role LazPay is the payments and financial services arm of Lazada and is part of the Financial and Payment Business organization of Alibaba International Digital Commerce (AIDC). LazInsure is a growing business unit that focuses on providing embedded insurance solutions within AIDC's e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a customer centric and motivated individual to help with operations and insights to drive the best user experience for Lazada buyers who avail of our insurance products Key Tasks & Responsibilities - Leads the identification and development of business opportunities by doing market opportunity sizing and development of business cases; - Own end to end process of operating and launching insurance products for Lazada in the Philippines - Deliver sales of products, programs, and services through e-commerce platform embedded sales and other channels as measured by net revenue - Setup Customer Segmentation, Strategy, and Retention including insights and business intelligence with support of internal Business intelligence team; - Lead in driving the expansion of products and services through partnerships and vendor selection - Regularly monitor market and benchmark against competition, track regulatory landscape changes, as well as overall InsurTech developments locally and globally - Oversees communication with internal units regarding updates or changes to the products and manages key stakeholders within Alibaba International Digital Commerce - Manage relationships with insurance partners, assisting with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensure that these are fully adhered to as needed - Drive win-win negotiations between Lazada and insurance partners· Contribute to category performance management and deliver insights to senior management - Prepare for and assist with the implementation of regular campaigns and initiatives - Identify and champion product improvements - Any other duties that may be assigned
· Develop and manage strong partnerships with Financial Institutions (Payment Channel Partners) globally for Consumer Digital Credit Channel including BNPL and Cash Loan. · Lead Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate highly effective and deep relationships with existing FI partners. Source, negotiate, and close new strategic partnerships. · Provide actionable insights to shape product and partnerships: Drive impactful collaboration with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, legal & compliance, marketing, fund & FX, customer service, and operations to develop and execute a business strategy. · Support merchants (both local and cross-border) to grow in the market: For example, help merchants expand with new payment channels; launch new products with channel partners to improve user experience; coordinate co-marketing for merchants & channels. · Maintain daily operations with partners: Troubleshoot, support campaigns, conduct business reviews, optimize costs, and improve payment success rates, etc.
This role is responsible for developing and managing payment partnerships to achieve best-in-class solutions and collaboration in eCommerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial service industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of driving results through strategic collaborations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with payment partners, ensuring continuous alignment; joint project and campaign collaboration. 2. Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth plans. 3. Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners to enhance payment product and campaign experience in eCommerce . 4. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. 5. Execute payment campaign and drive its performance for optimum outcomes. 6. Continuously optimize internal operational processes and assist the team in iterating and improving the handbook/SOP to enhance efficiency.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with financial service providers, including banks, schemes, fintechs, and mobile wallet platforms, to enhance Lazada 's payment solutions. Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitor offerings. Negotiate partner investment and execute partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with LazPay's business goals and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with e-commerce cross functional teams including Commercial, Legal, Product and Campaign teams to deliver great customer propositions in platform campaigns leveraging partner funded promotions Monitor partnership and campaign performance, measure key metrics, and implement optimization strategies to maximize utilization of partner funding. Oversee end to end operational process from the start of of the partnership, execution of the campaign, and any post-campaign reconciliations.
