Overview: This is a dynamic and strategic role that requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end outsourcing procurement and vendor operations across Southeast Asia, ensuring cost efficiency, operational excellence, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: ꔷ Lead the procurement, project delivery, and vendor management of outsourced labor services across Southeast Asian countries for Lazada. This includes roles such as Customer Service, Information auditing, Tagging, Content and User Operations, and Blue-collar roles in logistics and warehousing. ꔷ Develop a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian labor market and manage the full vendor lifecycle—selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention. ꔷ Drive cost optimization initiatives by analyzing labor cost benchmarks across markets and implementing diversified cost-saving strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders. ꔷ Manage end-to-end procurement processes including vendor sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiations, contract management, annual framework agreements, and project delivery. ꔷ Proactively develop and manage key stakeholders, suppliers, and agencies. Build strong relationships, complete performance scorecards, and deliver constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. ꔷ Ensure procurement processes are transparent, ethical, and fully compliant with legal requirements and internal compliance policies. ꔷ Adhere to the Procurement SOPs and guidelines, while educating internal teams on procurement best practices and standardized ways of working. ꔷ Assist in the development and implementation of KPIs and SLAs for suppliers to track performance and ensure service quality. ꔷ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, finance, and accounting to ensure alignment and accuracy in procurement-related operations. ꔷ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., business units, outsourcing management, legal, finance, and systems teams) and external partners to support the digitalization and systemization of the outsourcing lifecycle.
Job Description: 1. Manage Logistics procurement categories such as hub/warehouse lease, logistics services, engineering & constructions 2. Liaise with related stakeholders to address business requirements and support with aligned timeline 3. Report and update logistics procurement tasks to Country Head, Senior Management Team, and other related stakeholders whereas required 4. Negotiate contracts commercial terms and improve price competitiveness with suppliers and review opportunities to promote business savings 5. Work closely within procurement team and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements 6. Exercise professional, ethical, and consistent approach in managing supplier relationships 7. Output clear and comprehensive procurement reports 8. Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the Management 9. Perform periodical supplier evaluation and contribute to performance reviews as part of vendor management mechanism 10. Adhere to HSE policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being 11. Adhere to company guidelines, compliance, purchasing policies and procedures 12. Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
Travel Safety and Compliance: - Develop and implement travel safety policies and procedures. - Conduct risk assessments for travel destinations, providing strategic guidance for mitigating risks. - Monitor global events and issues impacting travel safety and provide operational support in emergencies, leveraging DiSOC resources. - Collaborate with Corporate Security and other stakeholders to integrate safety into travel policies. - Lead safety training programs for traveling employees and support travel incident investigations. - Drive efficiencies and IT modernization in collaboration with IT, Procurement, and other functions. - Set up analytics and reporting for travel management, including travel safety and trends. - Develop a comprehensive travel safety training program, maintaining online platforms and face to face interactions. Service Delivery: - Lead executive relationship management to ensure consistent internal service delivery standards. - Initiate optimization projects across service lines for operational excellence and improvements. - Cultivate service excellence strategies based on market insights and business needs. - Oversee global travel safety service contract lifecycles and vendor and insurance management.
1.Team Leadership & Training: -Supervise, train, and develop a team of baristas to ensure high-quality coffee preparation and customer service. -Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure team members meet operational standards. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions. 2.Barista Operations: -Oversee daily barista operations, including preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages with precision and consistency. -Ensure that all drinks are made according to standards, maintaining quality control at all times. -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper sanitation practices. 3.Inventory Management: -Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other essential supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate and orders are placed on time. -Monitor waste levels and implement cost-effective strategies for minimizing waste and maximizing product usage 4.Health & Safety Compliance: -Adhere to and enforce company safety, hygiene, and health standards. -Ensure barista equipment is regularly maintained and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process for requests, ensuring that the end user has the necessary resources to execute projects effectively. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining compliance with organizational procurement policies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's objectives. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to terms and conditions. Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers to ensure optimal service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data. Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to senior management.
