1、As a strategic partner to the business team, deeply involved in business decision-making, providing financial analysis and insights to support the formulation and execution of business objectives. 2、Responsible for business financial planning, including budgeting, cost control, and profit forecasting, ensuring alignment of financial goals with business strategies. 3、Monitor key financial indicators, provide regular financial reports, and issue early warnings and solution recommendations for unusual situations. 4、Collaborate with various departments to optimize business processes, enhance financial efficiency, and mitigate risks. 5、Participate in investment project evaluations, analyze return on investment, and provide financial decision support for business expansion.
Responsible for Reconciliation of Funding Cost • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and system consistency of channel funding cost • Implement robust reconciliation mechanisms to align internal systems with external partner records. End-to-End Management of Channel Settlements • Oversee the full lifecycle of fee settlements between channel partners and the company, including invoice verification, payment requests, dispute resolution, and exception handling. • Proactively identify and escalate potential risks to mitigate financial discrepancies. Design and Execution of Standardized Reconciliation Reports • Develop and maintain standardized reconciliation frameworks, leveraging multidimensional data analysis to identify critical variances and latent risks. • Deliver insights to drive process improvements and risk mitigation strategies. Digital Transformation of Reconciliation and Settlement Processes • Drive innovation by exploring and implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-based reconciliation tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. • Collaborate with technology teams to optimize digital workflows and system integrations. Support Business Cost Analysis with Data-Driven Insights • Generate visualized analytical reports to meet the funding cost analysis needs of front-end business units. • Propose actionable process optimization strategies and cost-reduction initiatives based on data trends.
The position will be part of a growing and dynamic International Compliance team supporting Ant International’s business, in particular the provision of payments and financial services to corporate customers. We are looking forward to a self-motivated, detail-oriented, team-spirited and adaptable compliance/regulatory professional who is able to take the initiative to work closely with internal business, operations and various functional key-stakeholders in Ant International, as well as externally with regulatory bodies or business partners and associates, to support the achievement of business targets and objectives, and to comply with and fulfill regulatory obligations and expectations. The ideal candidate will be a confident individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and one who is able to demonstrate the ability to effectively and proactively exercise good judgment and partner with the business in a fast-paced environment. • Support Ant International business, working closely with the business team and the other risk teams including Regional Compliance, Legal, AML, Privacy and Risk Management colleagues in PRC and other international markets, to provide solid regulatory advice and solutions. • Work with Regional Compliance colleagues on applications for, and continuing maintenance of, payment institutions, payment systems, wallet and e-money licences, money transfer/ remittance licenses (where applicable) for corporate/SME businesses conducted by Ant International. • Serving as point of contact with internal business stakeholders, while work with regional Compliance and other risk colleagues in driving regulatory engagement for new/revised business initiatives. • Support the agenda of Ant International compliance function, including developing compliance policies and procedures, coordinating with other relevant teams in managing and responding to regulators in relation to AML/Sanctions compliance, data privacy, consumer protection, and providing compliance regulatory risk assessments and program implementation • Identify regulatory compliance risks, escalate potential regulatory and policy breaches and issues to Senior Management. • Conduct internal compliance training from time to time.
Job description The APAC Sanctions Compliance Officer will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with sanctions laws and regulations across the Asia-Pacific region (especially Singapore). You will work closely with internal teams, regulators, and business partners to mitigate sanctions risks while enabling business growth. This position involves implementing and monitoring sanctions controls, advising on sanctions related matters, and mitigating risks associated with sanctions violations. Key responsibilities: 1. Sanctions Compliance Program Implementation: Develop, maintain, and implement sanctions compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks tailored to the APAC region. Ensure adherence to local and international sanctions regulations, including but not limited to OFAC, EU, UK, UN, APAC local sanctions regulations, and company policies. 2. Screening Escalations: Investigate potential sanctions hits, escalating as necessary, and recommend appropriate action. 3. Advisory Support: Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams on sanctions compliance, including business units, legal, and risk management. Assess sanctions risk for new products, services, and partnerships in the APAC region. 4. Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver sanctions compliance training for employees and key stakeholders. Promote a culture of compliance within the organization. 5. Risk Assessment and Reporting: Conduct annual entity level sanctions risk assessments and policy gap analyses. Prepare and present reports to senior management and relevant committees on sanctions compliance matters. 6. Regulatory Interaction: Liaise with regulators and law enforcement agencies regarding sanctions inquiries, audits, or investigations. Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting related to sanctions. 7. Regulatory Monitoring & Reporting: Track sanctions-related regulatory updates in APAC jurisdictions and ensure timely implementation of changes. 8. Incident Management: Manage sanctions-related incidents, including breach investigations and remedial actions. Maintain records of sanctions-related decisions and activities for audit purposes. 9. Collaboration: Work closely with Global compliance teams to ensure consistency and alignment with group-wide sanctions policies. Collaborate with Tech and Data teams to enhance sanctions screening and data quality controls. Reporting Line Report to EMEA & Americas Sanctions Compliance Officer
