1. 深入探索 AI 技术在B端产品及电商领域中的应用,将前沿 AI 技术转化为客户、用户可感知实际价值的内、外部产品服务,快速推动技术创新从概念到市场落地; 2. 深入挖掘客户痛点,精准捕捉潜在的用户需求和期望,定义 AI 产品功能,创造差异化用户体验和价值,构建以用户价值为中心的产品迭代路径; 3. 与算法、研发、设计、市场、运营等多团队紧密协作,推动 AI 技术创新与业务价值的深度融合,保障项目按计划高质量完成; 4. 全周期产品管理,负责AI产品从0到1的全链路管理,基于各类业务、各种场景,以多种方法路径探索产品落地,确保产品达成预期商业目标和效果。

About the job Join Alibaba's International Al Business, where you will play a critical role in bringing our enterprise customers and partners to adopt innovative Al products. In this role you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, tapping into new markets, building relationships with key stakeholders, managing sales pipeline and helping us shape new innovative Al products to fit the market needs. You will autonomously lead sales initiatives, drive revenue, adoption and market penetration for targeted industries.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute user growth strategies for Al consumer apps and websites, covering the full lifecycle of user acquisition, activation, retention and referral. - Own user acquisition and growth initiatives via influencer marketing, paid media, community operations, and content distribution. - Continuously monitor trends, user feedback and user behavior analytics in target markets to gather market insights. - Develop product positioning strategies based on market research, user behavior analysis and competitor benchmark. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to rapidly ® iterate and launch growth initiatives. - Initiate and manage cross-channel growth strategies, including social media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), community operations and event marketing. - Build and manage user communities (Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, Telegram, etc.) to increase engagement and retention. - Plan and execute global influencer campaigns (KOL/KOC), identify top-performing creators, and track ROl and conversions. - Drive organic content growth on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts to acquire users at low cost. - Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), including creative testing and budget allocation. - Coordinate SEO strategy and execution to improve product visibility on international search engines. - Analyze channel performance and user acquisition metrics, and build repeatable growth playbooks. - Establish user insights frameworks, leveraging data analytics to identify high-value user characteristics.
