职位要求 1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，2-4年左右Java开发经验。 2.至少 1 年以上电商行业开发经验，熟悉电商核心业务流程。 3.熟悉 Java 核心技术（多线程、JVM 调优、集合框架），熟练使用 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等微服务框架。 4.熟练掌握数据库技术，如MySQL等，有SQL优化经验者优先。 5.具备良好的代码习惯，熟悉常用的版本控制工具（如Git) 。 6.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够高效的推动项目进展。 7.有强烈的责任心和进取心，能够承担压力，面对挑战不退缩。 加分项 1.有大型电商平台或新零售项目开发经验者优先 2.参与过开源项目（如贡献过中间件、工具类库）或技术社区活跃者优先
