Job Requirements:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years of advanced HR experience, including 3+ years of recruiting experience within the technology sector, with a focus on local hiring.
● Strong experience in candidate sourcing and talent market mapping, preferred agency background. Proficient in the use of recruitment tools, AI-driven work approach.
● Outstanding command of English and Mandarin is required for effective written and verbal communication, as this position entails collaboration with stakeholders at our headquarters in China.
● Fluency in Spanish is a must.
● Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Regional knowledge and experience in the Mexico region are a strong plus.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
