We seek to hire an HR Manager – Alibaba Cloud, who will be a key member of the growing international HR team supporting Alibaba Cloud’s rapid expansion around the world. Alibaba Cloud, founded in 2009, is a global leader in cloud computing and artificial intelligence, providing services to thousands of enterprises, developers, and governments organizations in more than 200 countries and regions. In January 2017, Alibaba Cloud became the official cloud services partner of the Olympics. The successful candidate will be based in Mexico City with occasional business travel. Job Description: ● Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR projects, etc. ● Design and implement talent acquisition solutions to meet Alibaba Cloud's explosive business growth, and establish recruitment plans and effective recruitment channels to ensure that all hiring needs are delivered efficiently and accurately. ● Manage the local onboarding processes and partner with the SSC/ Staffing team to ensure seamless integration for new and relocated employees ● Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managers ● Organize events and activities to drive a positive culture across the teams and departments. ● Oversee the daily operations of the office and undertake other ad hoc projects as required.
1、海外用工政策研究和合规管理,助力海外公司/业务制定适用于当地的用工策略并实现合规的体系化用工管理; 2、为HRG提供日常员工关系管理相关问题的咨询、解决方案和沟通协助; 3、组织实施HR合规审查,及时发现用工风险点;不断完善优化现有员工关系管理体系、制度流程等; 4、沉淀总结经验方法,并时刻关注负责区域内的员工关系法规的发展动向,确保组织的员工关系政策符合当地要求。 5、构建海外应急体系和流程,以及危机事件处理和跟踪,并追踪风险事件的后续,优化改进机制和流程。
1. 根据法规要求及业务发展,管理和维护集团整体股权架构; 2. 支持海外业务拓展,提供体系化的法律合规评估意见及有效的主体架构方案; 3. 负责海外主体管理,包括但不限于的设立、变更、注销、证照维护及年度合规等工作; 4. 协同及支持各类法律事务及突发事件处理,负责临时交办的项目工作及跟进其他日常法务支持工作。
1. 深入了解国内和海外数据合规政策,熟悉全球数据保护法律法规、行业标准及监管要求; 2. 负责企业内部数据合规体系建设,推动公司数据合规制度建设和策略执行,包括供应商数据合规、员工数据合规、数据泄露管理等; 3. 负责企业内部数据合规落地执行,推动风险识别、治理方案制定与整改落地,协助相关团队提供数据合规咨询与培训,提升企业数据业务合规水位; 4. 支持国际隐私相关认证所需要的内部数据合规体系落地,参与公司各类业务数据合规评估与支持,协助业务部门确保企业经营符合当地数据合规要求。
1. 支持阿里云智能海外事业部的年度预算、季度&月度滚动预测,对预算、预测的执行情况进行跟踪分析,及时发现问题并给出管理建议; 2. 深入理解并配合业务策略,支持业务进行目标制定、拆解及跟踪,搭建业务核心经营指标,构建业财一体分析体系,并对核心业财指标进行监控; 3. 从财务视角提出洞察及管理建议,支撑、优化业务决策,推动业务经营改善; 4. 识别业务经营过程中财务相关风险,联动内控内审及时预警并提供收敛策略,确保财务报表的完整性和准确性; 5. 负责所支持业务的收入利润管理、分销售通路、资源投入、海外IDC投资管理等模块的财务分析与评估,并建设、优化相关体系及系统流程,控制业务风险,提升财务核心指标; 6. 准备海外单体公司报表,完成公司年度法定审计,支持内外部专项审计,协助完成集团合并报告审计资料,与税务、法务等合规部门共同面向外部监管机构,处理合规相关财务数据及资料准备工作; 7. 建立账务质量管控体系,推进与各财务团队的监控运营和复盘机制的建立,针对重大或者高频质量问题做专项分析复盘与跟进,开展账务质量专项审阅、检查工作,及时向管理层和各财务团队反馈审阅发现,协同各系统产技团队推进系统改善,有效降低本地账务风险。
