任职要求 职位要求 1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业；3 年以上软件开发 / 交付经验，具备至少一个从 0 到 1 的项目端到端交付经历。 2. 工程与编码能力：精通 Java 或 Python（能双栈更佳），熟悉 Spring 生态、RESTful/SSE 流式接口、微服务架构；熟悉 K8s、Docker、PostgreSQL/pgvector、Redis 等部署与中间件，具备较强的问题定位与线上排障能力。 3. AI Coding 能力：熟练使用 Qoder等工具进行工程化开发；理解 Skill、Spec、SDD 等规范驱动的研发范式，能用 AI Coding 高效产出可运行、可维护的代码，并善于通过规范沉淀持续提升产出质量。 4.
