任职要求
1、自动化，计算机，车辆等相关专业全日制硕士及以上学历； 2、熟悉常见得lattice，qp，Hybrid A*等常见的采样、优化、搜索等算法； 3、熟悉求解器优化、动力学演算等相关领域知识，具备相关经验者优先； 4、具备较好编程能力，熟练掌握C/C++编程语言，有Linux平台下开发经验； 5、具备无人车，ADAS，移动机器人等实际项目经验； 6、熟悉机器学习、深度学习等知识，具备相关经验者优先； 7、良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作意识。
工作职责
1、负责自动驾驶决策规划算法设计及开发； 2、负责自动驾驶决策规划算法研发、验证及测试，包括但不限于行为决策、场景决策、路径规划、速度规划等； 3、设计复杂驾驶场景的架构以及算法； 4、协同自动驾驶其他功能模块完成整车功能的开发。
