• Degree in Business, Mass Communications, Language Studies, Political Science or related disciplines • 5 years’ experience in Management Consulting, Government Relations in large-scale organisations or with proven record of collaboration with government departments • Excellent communication, writing and organisational skills • Excellent problem solving skills, ability to perform under pressure • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese) • Strong sensitivity in current affairs and political landscape, and versatile in issues management, stakeholder engagement and publicity

• Establish, plan and execute the engagement strategies with key public-sector stakeholders with a view of enhancing the Company’s corporate positioning • Strategise and execute effective public affairs programmes, and manage the relationship and communication with all stakeholders • Forge and maintain partnerships with institutions such as universities, research institutes, industry associations, and industry alliances to foster greater cooperation within the ecosystem and maintain network of industry leaders • Collect, organize, and analyze national/regional and industry policies and regulations, providing policy support for the company's business development and high-level decision-making; • Assist and perform other corporate development affairs duties as required
1.Crucial part of the virtual team for public policy, regulatory and government affairs, compliance and issue management. 2.In the regional office which needs a lot alignment between HQ and regional offices but will also ‘act’ in a timely manner to critical issues and sometimes liaise or lead unified programs and activities for the whole region. 3.Collaborate with legal and compliance colleagues and external agencies. 4. One of the mandates for this position is to maintain a holistic analytical approach to policy and legislation development at regional level with priority and focus, covering topics of trade, climate, transport & mobility, digitalization and data, ESG, etc., in order to identify opportunities and risks. 5. Develop communication narratives and draft briefing materials and presentations, and advocate legislative, regulatory, and public policy positions in close collaboration with XPENG experts. 6. Being entrepreneurial, build and maintain healthy relationships with various external stakeholders including government institutions, key member states’ governments, regulatory bodies, trade associations, think tanks, media, and subject-matter experts on regional level. Address external stakeholders’ expectations of XPENG in Southeast Asia. 7. Participate in relevant events and represent XPENG in meetings and organize engagement activities.
Role Overview:As the Government Affairs Lead for countrywide operations, you will design and execute strategies to build trust with government entities, policymakers, and regulatory bodies. This role is critical to establishing Keeta’s presence, ensuring compliance, and advocating for policies that support our mission. You’ll operate in a lean, cross-functional startup environment, requiring agility, creativity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a countrywide government affairs strategy aligned with business priorities. Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders at the countrywide, regional, and municipal levels. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, providing actionable insights to internal teams. Advocate for policies that foster innovation while mitigating risks to operations. Collaborate with legal, communications, and business teams to align government outreach with company goals. Represent Keeta in industry associations, public forums, and policy dialogues. Proactively address potential regulatory challenges and crisis scenarios. Support the growth of cross-functional teams by providing regulatory guidance in early-stage initiatives

Support communications on the corporate and product/business level to better tell the company's story to a global audience including crafting key messages and narratives; develop written materials such as pitches, press releases, presentations, social media posts, among others; 2. Build and expand relations with key stakeholers including reporters/editors from key media outlets as well as KOLs, to enhance their understanding of the company and its businesses; support inquiry and issue handling; 3. Interact with cross-functional teams including different business units and provide informed advice; 4. Project manage key corporate communications initiatives and support other ad-hoc projects.
